"So, this is the place.", Tzuyu said, stepping out of the car. She looked upwards, connecting her eyes to the structure of the church right in front of her.

"Hey, Tzu.", her friend Mina who is the owner and the driver of the car called her after stepping out of the car too. "Come follow me, the girls are waiting for us already inside."

Tzuyu followed Mina and they start to walk towards a building just right in front of the church. They entered and right in time they saw their Nayeon who just got out of the restroom.

"Nayeon-unnie!", Mina called Nayeon who is looking down, folding her handkerchief.

"Oh finally you girls are now here.", Nayeon's eyes lightened, seeing her two gorgeous friends.
She happily approaches them. "Lets go, they are at the dressing room."

"Yall will not gonna believe what you're gonna see.", Nayeon smirked, making Mina and Tzuyu look at her in curiousity. Nayeon opened the door, revealing the inside where 3 women are sitting comfortably in a couch while the other 4 are accompanying a women who looks so dashing, astonishing and stunning in her make-up.

"Here, I got some hairpins. Oh, HI MINA-UNNIE... TZUYU!", Chaeyoung's voice shifted to a loud tone when she saw Nayeon along with their friends who just arrived in this venue.

Mina and Tzuyu just waved back at Chaeyoung because they are still speechless at this woman they're seeing.

"Jeongyeon-unnie! That's really you?!", Mina exclaimed, still in awe at Jeongyeon's look. The rest just chuckled and even Jeongyeon too.

"Yeah, shocking right?", Momo said, smirking. "She's so beautiful today that made her unrecognizable in her eyes.", Sana who is just beside her in the couch, nodded in agreement.

"Aigoo, stop with the huge compliments guys. By the way, hi MiTzu! Thank you for all for coming, really.", Jeongyeon showed a huge smile with her cheeks getting a bit reddish.

"No problemo!", the hamster- looking woman named Sana responded. "Ofcourse we will do anything to witness our friend one of her best moment in her life with her soon to be husband."

All of them had a genuine smile on their faces from that truth spitted out by Sana... except for Tzuyu who has a mixed feeling deep inside those smile.

She wants to be happy for you and Jeongyeon but the more she remembers you and her unremoved feelings for you until now, pain still hits her out of nowhere.

She's gonna witness you who is her ex-boyfriend getting married to her bestfriend.

This is gonna be a torture for her but... she has to face this. Anyways, she wants to finally shake this feeling that crawls in her body.

She wants to be free... and this is the test for her.

Ofcourse, letting go isn't that easy.

"Goddamn, you know Jeongyeon, if only I'm gay... hell, I would want to date you so bad.", Nayeon said, looking at Jeongyeon from head to toe. Jeongyeon's eyes furrowed, in disbelief on what her friend just said.

"The frick you're talking about? You're already gay remember?", Jihyo said, also furrowing her eyebrows at Nayeon.

"Yeah I made her like that.", Sana said it proudly. "So, don't be shy shy shy Nayeon-unnie... just show them what I made you become.", Sana leaned forward to reach Nayeon's arm then she caressed it gently. Nayeon just gulped from Sana's actions.

"But Nayeon-unnie, if that happened, don't expect that Jeongyeon- unnie will accept you though.", Tzuyu said, making the rest of the girls form an 'o' in their mouths

"Sorry Nay, but our Baby Tzu is speaking the facts.", Jeongyeon said, giving the bunny a forced comforting smile.

"Hey stop it guys, you guys are so mean to Nayeon unnie", Dahyun said, making the girls laugh and Nayeon just pouted at them in response.

After that, the door opens... revealing a man wearing a formal black tuxedo suit peeking from outside the room.

"Uhh hello noonas!"

"Hyunjin! What brings you here?", Jeongyeon asked Hyunjin after noticing his appearance at the door.

"Yeah, uhh Y/N is inviting you girls to take a picture with him. The boys are already done.", Hyunjin said, pointing his fingers at the direction that leads to your location right now.

"Oh okay, sure we'll go there.", the mom of the group, Jihyo who is busy helping the other lady preparing Jeongyeon's wedding gown.

"We're gonna go out for a bit, Jeongyeon-unnie!", Chaeyoung starts to walk out of the room and the rest followed her.

"Alright, just don't try to steal my husband from me okay?", Jeongyeon joked.

"Aww I was planning it already.", Momo also joked, pouting. She threw the container of the food she's eating earlier. She immediately received a not-so-hard slap by Mina on her arm.

"Hehe, just joking!", Jeongyeon just chuckled back at her, amused at how silly her airhead friend is.

"I'll guide them, Jeongyeon-noona!", Hyunjin shouted. "Oh... Y/N shall prepare himself later for you.", he muttered, stunned on her noona's beauty today. He closed the door after and he starts to walk, signalling the others to follow him.

"Hey, Tzu.", Mina called Tzuyu in a low tone.

"Hmm? What is it Mina-unnie?", Tzuyu turned her head, looking at Mina.

"Are you gonna be fine?", Mina asked the youngest. "I noticed you're quiet earlier. I mean, yes you are usually quiet but this time and knowing you and Y/N's past... I sense something different from you.", Mina said in concern.

"O-oh... yeah. Yeah I will.", Tzuyu said, giving a nod while having a flat smile on her lips. "He wanted me to be like that. I mean, just seeing him happy will make me feel the same right?"

"Yeah right. Just... don't be shy to approach me if something goes wrong, ok?", Mina said, holding Tzuyu's left shoulder.

"Thank you, Mina-unnie.", Tzuyu replied, and Mina just gave her a soft smile.

Mina is the one who she spills her problems about you and her relationship before. She was the one also who successfully enlighted Tzuyu and woke her up to the reality that she's choking you up from her actions.

But that was too late because that was time when you decided to break up with her because you are so tired of this. Not wanting this to happen but it has to.

And also, Tzuyu chose Mina to be the one she can ask for help from these because well... Tzuyu knew that Mina had a crush on you before and Mina somewhat relates to Tzuyu when she's in pain. Mina also knows and understands everything about you well which makes her helpful.

The 8 girls along with Hyunjin arrived at the garden where some people, mostly your friends, colleagues and other guests are there which you invited also in your wedding. They were done having a picture with you and now, it's time for these 8 gorgeous women to have a captured memory with you.

"Yo Y/N, they're here!", Hyunjin called you, who is busy talking with your friends. Tzuyu looked at you and damn, she really ain't shocked that she fell in love with you before.

"Looking handsome as ever, Y/N!", Dahyun exclaimed. You heard your name being called, so you approached them and you gave Dahyun a fist bump.

"Yes you are.", Tzuyu muttered to herself, agreeing to Dahyun's comment about you.

"Aish, thanks girls and also, yes my charm is that strong so I knew all of that okay?", you jokingly posed then winked, making their eyes roll while Tzuyu can't help but to blush at your actions.

"Typical Y/N", Tzuyu muttered again, shaking her head while her cheeks are still slightly blushing.

After having you finally ha da picture with your 8 beautiful heavenly looking friends, Tzuyu walked away a bit from the crowd, separating herself to be alone for a while.

She looked at the church inside and then the altar. She remembered also the wedding gown displayed at the corner of Jeongyeon's room.

Tzuyu then glanced at you who is busy typing at your phone. She looked down and starts to recall back those memories she had with you. From having a happy relationship up until becoming a rushed, uncomfortable one.

Oh she wish if she could just turn back the time...

FLASHBACK- 2 YEARS AGO

"Y/N, can you please stay here today?", Tzuyu said after placing her phone beside her on the couch.

"But Tzuyu w-we got to prepare for t-"

"There you go again.", she slumped back her body on the couch. "I want to spend time with you, Y/N but I guess you're gonna have fun with them more than me... again.", she sighed heavily.

"Why can't you just be the same with me? Don't tell me you're cheating that's why you're mostly going out?"

"Wait what? Hell no!", you stepped back, shocked at that remark by your girlfriend. You really didn't expected her that she will just suspect you like that. "Ask my friends for proof too, if you want."

You stepped closer again to her, kneeling in front of her. "Tzuyu. I love you and I want to spend time with you more, okay? But this is really important. And ofcourse, we're different. We don't share the same type of schedule everyday. I gotta go okay?"

Tzuyu didn't respond which makes you sigh again in defeat. You really need to convince her so bad later on. You have no more time because you are gonna be late at your meeting so you just did something that might make her lighten her mood a bit for you.

"Bye Tzuyu.", you leaned forward to kiss her lips. Fortunately she didn't stopped you, but her expression still remains the same.

"Tzu, why are you sugarcoating me so much front of them? You really look at me perfect?", you scoffed, you are following her still on her walk.

"But you are, Y/N. I mean I wouldn't be in love with you if you are right? Look at us, we're just as perfect like the way you are.", Tzuyu simply responded to you.

"Tzu. I really want to be happy about it but that just made me uncomfortable earlier. Seriously? After those times that I failed you at times where you wanted or needed me?"

"But I need to do it. I need to brag more than them because I don't want to look at me thinking that I have a disappointing boyfriend.", Tzuyu stopped at her steps just to look at you from behind.

"Wow, so that means you're more on just did it for yourself?", you posed with your hands on your pocket. You were trying really hard to keep this conversation calm because as of now you're not liking it. "It's like you used me just to make yourself look perfectly fine for them to be envy at you? When in fact, they don't know how much we're in trouble because of random things that we don't even need to turn it into a problem."

"Wait, Y/N T-that's not w-", she was about to explain but you interrupted her instead.

"Look, Tzuyu. Just stop pretending that I'm that perfect or whatsoever, okay?", you said it softly to her."Don't brag it like we're way up high there than them for thinking that you experiencing a perfect relationship than them, that I am a role-model boyfriend who their boyfriends or their future ones needs to be like with... because you both know that you and I are just like them.", you cupped her cheeks and Tzuyu just stared at you, speechless while deep inside she still believes that what she did is right.

"Tzu, what the heck was that earlier?!", you close the door of your apartment then you faced Tzuyu who removed her shoes and placed it on shoerack.

"Why? We're just showing them how we really love each other?", Tzuyu asked in confusion.

"Yes I know but Tzu, you can't just show it to them easily like that. Think of others who would be a bit weird and uncomfortable seeing us. Like earlier!", you pointed at the direction through outside of your house.

"My family, especially grandpa and grandma are staring uncomfortably at you doing these overly love gestures to the point where you really want to eat me or whatsoever. I felt the same way as them too! You even did it to the girls few days ago."

"Okay fine. I'm sorry for them. I just want everyone to know that you're mine.", Tzuyu said. She looked down for a bit, feeling embarassed for what she did.

"I know okay? But Tzu, there's many other ways to show it properly... especially when we're in a public.", you raised her head by holding her chin. You locked her in a hug after to know that you understand Tzuyu for a reason, even though deep inside you don't really know what to do with Tzuyu for being like this to you. You didn't expected her that she will be this..different from the way you imagined her to be.

"But I just need to make sure that you're-", Tzuyu tried to explain to you while holding your phone. The screen shows the list of people you've been chatting to on your messaging app.

"What? That i'm cheating?", you sounded with no energy with the way your pronounced. You're not gonna hold back with this anymore. You had enough.

"Do you still not trust me completely after these 6 months? Seriously I'm getting really offended right now."

You noticed that Tzuyu didn't respond to your question which makes her amswer even clearer to you.

"So you really don't trust me.", you said in a low tone, feeling hurt and disappointed. You looked away to try and hide it.

"YOU COULDN'T BLAME ME FOR BEING LIKE THIS! DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I EVEN NEED TO FORCE YOU JUST TO BE WITH ME, FOR US TO HAVE SOME TIME TOGETHER BECAUSE YOU'RE ALWAYS GOING AWAY, AND THEN... WHEN WE ALREADY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND OUR TIME TOGETHER, YOU'RE HOLDING ME BACK INSTEAD. SERIOUSLY, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!", Tzuyu just stood up from the bed, unleashing her anger at you. Now you and her are standing closely at each other, staring with both of your eyes felt like fire was forming inside.

"TZUYU, WHY ARE YOU BEING LIKE THIS?", you raised your tone also. You just can't understand this woman anymore. "Can you just atleast please understand it that I'm really busy at my work and some important things to do? You know in the first place what you placed yourself into. You know that I'm doing my best too. Do you think you're not the only one who's struggling at balancing my time on us and other things?". Tzuyu stopped for a while to let you continue speaking.

"Look seriously, I don't know what is happening to you. I'm gonna be honest with you, you're getting really possessive, Tzuyu. You seem to also rushing on our relationship.
I'm not even running but, I feel like i'm catching my breath when you had a problem again at me.", Tzuyu winced at that words. She knew it already because this is the exact day where Mina also finally figured out what's wrong with Tzuyu.... which is what you just said to her.

"It's like... we're in this dance club where we are dancing to a music but... you can't follow my movement because you're way too faster than me. Our steps, when I go steady 123, you go 132 instead. And it makes us dance dangerously which makes me lose my mind to figure it out trying to make you keep up with me just to make our tempos match... but I couldn't done it because you prefer your own pace instead.", you even imitated a bit of some foot movements in dance while explaining it to her.

That's what I feel in our relationship, Tzu. I really want to go slow but you don't want to take it easy instead. I'm really tired and exhausted. I tried my best. You're not even giving respect about my time and privacy because you're acting that you control me.

Tzuyu, you own my heart but not my life.", you read it carefully in front of her to make her remind this.

"You know what, Tzu?", you sighed heavily. A decision has been clear to your mind, you don't want to do this but you have to.
You're already done. You have no more interest to continue this because both of you are already confused and lost in this relationsip. Both of you don't know how to figure this all out.

"I don't want us to be uncomfortable with each other. I don't want us to try so hard to blend even though we really don't match at each other. I don't want to look at us suffering like this. I love you Tzuyu but I need to do this."

Realizing already what you meant, Tzuyu immediately looked you in your eyes, her expression turned from frown to shocked.

"Wait, Y/N. D-don't. Please, don't break up with me. We can still try to f-", Tzuyu cupped your cheeks, wanting you to listen closely at her words.

You touched her hand that she placed on your cheeks. You slowly rubbed your thumb at the length of her fingers. You closed your eyes as you want to take your time to feel this moment, because you knew this will be the last. "The song is already ending, and we got no more time for us to perfectly sync."

" Just like this, Tzu. It's already too late. Even if we want to fix this because we're already at the end.", your tears starts to fall,
it dropped to the sides of Tzuyu's hand.

I'm really sorry Tzu. I love you but I'm doing this for us. We need to stop this.

After recalling those memories she had with you, she placed her hands on her chest, feeling the heartbeat slowly clenching of how painful it feels. She wasted your relationship, yes she does believes in it. And she's regretting so much for all those problems you two had before which is mainly because of her.

She got thrown back into her own senses when someone walked towards her and stopped beside her.

It was you, with your arms crossing and placing it on your torso.

"Hey, Tzu."

"Oh... hi Y/N.", she shyly greets you. She didn't expect your presence to be much closer to her today.

"You look great by the way.", you traced her look today with her outfit which is a simple white dress but enough for her to look breathtaking.

"Thanks. You too."

"So... uhm about the invitation for today, I'm really glad you're able to come today.", you said, grinning at her.

"It's no problem. I want to be with the girls and to see you and Jeongyeon-unnie finally get married.", she said, gulping a bit from the word "married". "Congratulations by the way."

"Thank you, Tzuyu. You never changed, you're still supportive as ever.", you patted her head which she giggled. You knew that was her favorite when someone does it to her after she praises them.

You two went silent for a minute and a half because both of you don't know what to talk about next. It was getting awkward, but suddenly Tzuyu speaks up to continue the flow going on between you two.

"I want to ask you something, Y/N."

"Sure. Spill it out."

"If... things worked well between us before, would you be willing to have this special moment today with me instead?"

You halted as you went into deep thoughts again, processing what Tzuyu just said. You remembered your past with her too. Your smile turned into a serious one and when you looked at Tzuyu, you saw again that face who made your heart flutter. Who made you think of her every single day. Who made you determined to get her heart.

But that was all in the past now.

"Yes, I am.", Tzuyu looked at you, and you did the same too. Both are feeling down at this moment because you two are once again disappointed and sad at how it ended for the two of you.

"You're the only girl I would've want to live with for the rest of my life.... before.

Until I met Jeongyeon after we broke up. And believe me, she showed me what exactly I was expecting to happen from you. I'm gonna be honest, I'm still disappointed that we came back into this...from being friends.
I loved you, Tzuyu. I really do. But I did that for us, to find somebody whom we compatible to connect from each other. I found it already, and I hope these days you are too."

"I still love you, Y/N.", Tzuyu's sight is getting blurry because her tears are slowly forming up in her eyes. She holds both your hands which made you look at it. "I feel a huge regret from being like that to you. While wondering my eyes around this church and seeing Jeongyeon in a wedding gown, I said to myself: that could've be me. It makes me wonder, if we never had this together... did we atleast, had a chance at another universe? Where we were really meant to be together forever?",

"I'm sorry for everything, Y/N. It's just that, the more I fell for you, the more I couldn't slow down myself for you. It was hard for me to catch up with you." you didn't noticed that your tears also fell. Your heart is getting heavy. God, you just want to make Tzuyu stop for making you feel this way again but you can't stop her at some reason. Maybe because you wanted to hear this from her?

"But I must let go already from this feeling", she slowly removed her hands from yours, making each pair fall down back at the side of your legs. "I must set you free from my heart, because pain will not make me feel better. I know it will hurt and it will take me some time but... as long as I see you happy in your life now with Jeongyeon, I'm gonna be the same too."

"Come here.", you pulled Tzuyu's waist to yours. You wrapped your arms around her as you locked her in a tight hug. Tzuyu just cried more in your shoulder. You didn't care if the shoulder side of your suit gets stained wet. You just want this woman, which was yours before... feel better.

"I wish you the best, Tzuyu. I really do. Don't worry, I will still be here at your side because I love you and I care for you always, but I will do it in a way as a best friend that you will ever have instead.", and the two of you became silent again to take some time to feel the warmth of each other's embrace.

"I, Y/N L/N, take you, Yoo Jeongyeon, to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honour you all the days of my life.", you said while looking straight at the ethereal beauty of Jeongyeon wearing her wedding gown that perfectly suits her. It made her look like an angel.

Meanwhile, Tzuyu is watching the two of you being asked by the priest. She remembered what you said before: the part where you compared your relationship with Tzuyu to unsynchronized dance movements.

For her, that was the only key she didn't realized and figured out for her to change which could've made the two of you had the chance to fix everything before it was all too late before.

If that happened, there could've been a huge possibility that Jeongyeon shouldn't be the one that will be your wife, but Tzuyu.

"I should've followed your tempo, Y/N. I really should've.", Tzuyu murmured to herself while watching you and Jeongyeon exchanging wedding vows.

She keeps repeating it already to herself, the amount of regret she feels right now is huge. It is still in her, she feels so envy for Jeongyeon's place right now.

"Throughout this ceremony, bride and groom have vowed, in our presence, to be loyal and loving towards each other.

"They have formalized the existence of the bond between them with words spoken and with the giving and receiving of rings."

"Therefore, it is my pleasure to now pronounce them husband and wife. You may now kiss your bride!", and there you go, the priest finally gave you the opportunity to finally seal this all off. You leaned forward and kissed Jeongyeon in the lips, officially becoming her husband and your wife.

Tzuyu, still watching the two of you kiss, slowly claps along with the crowd who is cheering too at the priest's proclaimation of you and Jeongyeon.

She tried to smile to show how happy and proud she is for you, despite of the pain she still feels which made her tears slowly fall again from her eyes, witnessing you and Jeongyeon finally became a married couple.
