Sana couldn't believe what she's witnessing in front of her eyes.
Sana was standing at the door wearing office attire after she had just returned home from her job as a weather forecaster at a news channel.
She is expecting that when she gets home, she will just relax herself, but from what she can see now, it seems that it made her tired even worse and increased her stress.
The entire living room of her house is messy, where it has full of bottles, empty packs of chips and even used cigarettes on the top of the glass table, on the carpet and on the couch.
She sighed heavily and slumped her shoulders in retreat, groaning softly at the irritating sight. As she kept on staring at this entire mess, a sound of the creaking door was heard not that far from her right side.
She just watched you slowly walk in an unbalanced manner, your noticeable droopy eyes and slow movements especially the lingering smell of alcohol reeking from your body has whan made her deduced something she can be definitely assured about.
And she wasn't happy of it... at all.
"S-sana... m-my love, you'reee hiccup back.", you saw her cross armed figure blocking your way at the end. You were about to hug her but Sana just shooed your arm and your hands aside to prevent you from touching her.
"What the hell is this, YN?" she frustratingly asked you who can't even stand straight anymore. "We've talked about this, right?" she pointed her hands at the disorderly look of the living room.
"How many times should I tell you that you should not be consuming large amount of alcohol anymore and I meant THIS! Don't you really want to resolve your alcohol problem, huh YN?" Sana said as she walked away from you to observe the living room and pick a nearly empty bottle of whiskey laying on the couch.
She scoffed, not in the complete mood when she glanced her eyes around. "And you really didn't bother to maintain the house look tidy too?"
You gestured her stop by raising your two palms. "I-I was about to clean it, okay? It just happens that I had to pee for a minute, I didn't even know that you're gonna be at home a little early." You defended, purposively stating that it wasn't your intention at all to leave these scattered around here.
"Then answer my damn question instead, why are you drinking again? Have you seriously just waited for me to leave the house earlier so you can drown yourself in drunkedness like what you are right now?" Sana asked you with her severe glare while she intensely threw her Prada bag on the couch due to her fuming anger.
You clawed your hair in remorse and conflict, hissing at your own fault you are helpless to deny and dodge. "W-well I just wanted my own fun, you know? It's been getting pretty boring here around the house, specially when most of the time I'm just here staying alone while you're at work."
"You call this fun, but do you think this is right?", Sana raised her brow on you; lifting the whiskey bottle again and present it on you. You were speechless. Ofcourse it isn't. You wanted to etort but you ran out of words to say since she's getting a very understandable point here between the two of you. You decided that if you just speak more, she'll eventually only going to win higher on each other's argument.
"YN, can't you understand I'm being strict on you because I'm worried on your health? You know what the doctors have told us about your kidney. Don't you truly care at all that's why you want it let worsen?"
She sighed, shutting off her eyes before looking again at you in disappointment and worriedness. "I'll just have to say this, if you already that; we're not the same YN. You're doing this as if you don't have a girlfriend who deeply cares about you, and that just hurts me. Just please, don't continue being like this. I don't want us to get in trouble even more because of this problem of yours."
"I'm going to my bed now. I was just expecting to just greet you with usual hugs and kisses and let you know that I'm tired but here you are instead, giving me headache." She removed her vest and picked up her bag again after using it as a preview of her infuriation built upon you. "Clean that mess first, then you can join me in the bed after."
She finally entered her bedroom and closed the door, leaving you unforgiven and unable to complain with one more deserving task to do before you also throw yourself in sleep to reduce the effects of your drunken state.

THE NEXT DAY
The next morning, you woke up from a bad hangover as part of the consequences of the mistake you've done yesterday by consuming too much alcohol despite already being prohibited by the doctor and your girlfriend who is just following obediently for the sake of your health's safety.
You willingly accepted it, not even bothered to complain as you instead blame yourself repeatedly while groaning in the pain caused by your head that results in your unwell senses and dizzyness.
Rising up from the bed where Sana is nowhere to be found, you slowly exit the bedroom and carefully trailed downstairs where you met the roaming mouthwatering smell of Sana's cooking from the kitchen.
She noticed your incoming presence, but only proceeded on focusing back on preparing the breakfast.
"Good morning." You gave your bravery still to greet her atleast and not act like you aren't the troublemaker by showing your prideful ignorance.
"Good morning. I prepared you food. I already called it you'll be feeling horrible from your hangover." Sana said as she slowly walked towards the table with a tray on her hand containing a bowl of steaming hot of mushroom soup. It makes you a bit jealous that she gets ham eggs and bacons instead as her food but like you said, face what you deserve.
"Thanks."
You and Sana ate silently, none of you were interested to talk about anything and just want to enjoy the food placed in front to energize yourselves on starting another brand new day.
You might not know what Sana's reason is but you can guess her thoughts why she's acting like this. Clearing your throat after swallowing a hot spoonful of soup, you began to speak.
"About what I did yesterday, I'm sorry for that babe."
You looked at her but she just continued to eat. You frowned, thinking that wasn't enough; so you bowed your head and also continued to eat only for Sana to slow down her eating and play with the spoon on her hand before she heaves a sigh and gently looked at you.
"It's okay now. Just swear to your word that I have reminded and warned you not to do it again, please." Sana nonchalantly said to you.
You looked at her and nodded. "Yeah, I'll stop next time from now on."
"Good. I hope you learnt your lesson." She smiled timidly and scooped another in her soup.
"Uhm... h-how was your work yesterday? I was curious how draining it is but I didn't get to ask you properly so might as well I have to do it today." You shyly questioned her as you caressed your arm.
Sana smiled, appreciating your never-changing thoughtfulness for her. "It is exhausting to say the least. "Our boss requested for us to stay longer for a meeting because some of us including me were assigned to report updates such as me on weather to be presented in public screens so that bypassers can be notified atleast even out of their TVs or social media."
You nodded and hummed understandably before taking it as a signal to continue the flow of your peaecful conversation with her while acting again as her sweet boyfriend/girlfriend like you always loved to share whenever you're alone with her.
Afterwards, Sana is presently preparing for her work while you on the hand is resting on the couch by watching basketball on TV whereas your anticipated match between Lakers and Warriors for Game 1 of the NBA semifinals is happening live.
As Sana checked her social media app on her phone after applying makeup to herself, she viewed something unexpected of an update in her feed that made her fists to clench and hands grip tighter on her phone as her teeth grits in anger.
She hurriedly comes down on the stairs and alarms you with an intimidating scream. "YN!!!"
"Y-yeah?" you turned around to look at how pissed off she is which confuses you on what turned her mood upside down early in the morning immediately.
She showed you her phone, what's in the screen had your eyes largened and nervousness to increase as you realized that you are indeed in a screwed up situation again today.
Sana confronted you with a picture of you together with your friends at the living room filled with alcohols and snacks last night in her hands. "NOW IT MAKES SENSE TO ME NOW THAT IT SEEMS A LITTLE OFF THAT YOU DRANK ALL OF THAT WIHISKEYS, BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T EVEN ALONE YESTERDAY!"
She observed the picture again while you were still standing frozen and unresponsive, didn't know whether you'll be mad at yourself for even doing it yesterday or for your friend who was revealed to be Sana's mutual friend also in Facebook. You told him that if she'll going to posts your pictures taken together, you don't want your profile to be tagged for Sana to be unable to see it. Unfortunately, that didn't turned out well.
"What now, YN? Not only you drank alcohol without my knowing, you even allowed your friends to just entered my property without my permission?!" Sana scolded you one more time as she raised her voice on you.
"I said I was bored okay? I invited them to join me entertaining myself atleast while time is passing through. I- I was about to ask permission to you but-" You tried to perform a lie in attempt to save yourself but you got interrupted by you irritated girlfriend.
"Don't fool me anymore with these excuses, YN. Can't you really follow just simple rules?! You know that 's one of the things we talked about whenever I'm away from work but look at what you did instead, you turned my house rather to a hangout spot I don't even have an idea what's happening inside!" Sana kept on ranting about all her complains for your stubborness.
"You can't blame me for being like that, Sana! Everyday I had to just wait for you after being gone for almost whole day and I'm just here trapped alone not knowing what the hell I should do other that anticipate for your arrival over and over again." You fought back, wanting Sana to atleast acknowledge your side behind all of these.
"So you mean... you complain because... I have work to do and I just leave you here without me being around?" Sana puzzledly repeated. "I don't understand at all, YN. I don't know why this affects you that much if you already know why I am doing this. You know it as part of my background ever since you met and ask me for a relationship with you and I'm doing this to support ourselves always. That's all. Now you're here in front of me, telling me that you are complaining about what keeps us together in the first place?"
"If it wasn't for this job, there will be no me... and there will be no you, YN." Sana reminded as she pursed her head forward and stare at you intently with her cold aura.
