The morning after their drunken escapade, Tzuyu and Sana woke up still in each other's arms. Sana wasn’t sure what was going on in her head, but she knew the massive headache that was pounding through was punishment enough for what she did last night.
Sure, she was drunk, she probably had no self-control. She just wished she didn’t remember everything.
It was even worse as she sobered up, because she was reminded again that she was in the arms of someone she believes she couldn’t have, and the feeling of her long cock was still very clear in her mind as well.
God, she hated how she got extremely horny when she was drunk. But she was surprised at herself that she was able to stop it before it was too late.
The sudden rush of pleasure filled her mind that night, she blamed the alcohol and the fact that she had been crushing on Tzuyu for so long that her inner self was already fighting to escape and just maul her.
Ever since she laid eyes on Tzuyu during the rehearsal parties of Nayeon’s wedding and even the wedding itself, she knew she was attracted to Tzuyu. The only time she let the idea go was when she was reminded that she was in a long term relationship.
When Sana saw Tzuyu at Mina’s house, she didn't know why she played dumb and pretended to not know her. Maybe she just wanted to have a simple movie-like introduction with her. When Tzuyu showed her the photos of them during the wedding, she decided to just go along with it and all that. Not to mention how she tried her best to not show any excitement when Tzuyu mentioned she was single.
But getting to know Tzuyu for just a day and spending that amount of time with her made her resurface a lot of things that she had to bury years ago. She thought it was just a small crush because who wouldn’t be attracted to Tzuyu? She was tall, had lovely hair, a cute smile and with her knowledge from last night, well hung.
She couldn’t help herself from wanting to see her day after day. Their flirting on the phone, the soft hand holding, the subtle brushes of their fingers. It was like a dream for Sana. But when reality hit her that Tzuyu was still moving on, she had to dial it down again.
It was just so hard. She knew she wasn’t crazy because it seemed that Tzuyu felt the same way.
“I think we both want this. But we know it’s not yet the right time.”
“I hope you’ll be waiting for me.”
The words made Sana wake up, her eyes shot open and all she could feel was the soft yukata on her face and Tzuyu’s scent shrouding her senses.
God, she wished the three month rule didn’t apply. It was horrible enough to wish that Tzuyu would move on already so that she could have her chance. But she knew moving on didn’t work that way. If only she could feel less guilty about it. She did promise Tzuyu that she was going to help but just as friends.
Which obviously sucked.
But how could she just be friends when this perfect person, who only needed to be loved better was right in front of her.
Sana felt her heart skip a beat when Tzuyu shifted in bed and wrapped her arms around Sana’s waist and started pulling her closer. Sana was blushing hard, thinking if she should wake Tzuyu up or if she should pretend she was sleeping and just enjoy the fuck out of this cuddle session.
Sana, with no self-control, chose the latter. Her eyes fluttered shut and sank into Tzuyu’s embrace, leaning herself more onto her chest. If she focused more on the silence, she could hear Tzuyu’s heartbeat, and it was probably the most relaxing thing she had ever heard.
Her eyes shot open when she felt lips on her forehead. Tzuyu’s lips were soft, and it tickled her. But she’s sure Tzuyu was dreaming right now. Though she could be dreaming about her ex-girlfriend, Sana felt a heavy pang in her chest. She didn’t want to be in that position at all.
She decided to shuffle a bit on her position and immediately looked up at Tzuyu.
“Oh—” Sana breathed out, Tzuyu wasn’t sleeping. “How long have you been awake?
Tzuyu’s cheeks turned into a bright shade of red and loosened her grip on Sana’s waist. “I-I.. uh..”
She was blushing as well. Did she just catch Tzuyu kissing her, with the intention of wanting to kiss her?
“Can you promise me something?” Sana suddenly asked her, she sat up from her spot, but she still had her hands on Tzuyu’s chest.
Tzuyu looked up at her, eyes widened, and cheeks still flushed. She nodded frantically. “Of course.”
“Don’t hate me if I do this, okay?” she asked again, eyes not looking away from the beautiful brown ones that were staring up at her.
She didn’t wait for Tzuyu to respond, and she dipped her head, slowly leaning towards Tzuyu’s lips. She expected the worst and Tzuyu would flinch and push her away. But she was surprised that Tzuyu didn’t. As if she was expecting the same thing she was.
But with the sudden fear of doing the wrong thing again, Sana deviated her way from Tzuyu’s lips and pressed a soft kiss on her cheek instead. Making it linger as much as she could and then pulling back. Ducking her head down while fighting the harsh blush on her cheeks.
Suddenly Tzuyu sat up, she grabbed one of Sana’s hand and her other hand cupped her face. They were looking at each other again and she could tell that Tzuyu was blushing as well.
“Sana,” she called to her softly, she looked straight into her eyes and Sana instantly knew she was starting to fall in love with her. “I really want to kiss you.”
That made her gasp. “Really?”
Tzuyu nodded, her thumb slowly caressing her cheek and it started to trail onto her lips, touching it softly. “But I can’t.” Tzuyu furrowed her brows and sighed. “I don’t think I’ve moved on from the hurt Se-Ri did to me. And I can’t put you in a place where you know what you want but you can’t get me as a whole.”
Sana sighed. She placed her hand on Tzuyu’s and smiled at her. She always did this. Smile even if it hurt her. “I know.” She grabbed Tzuyu’s hand and pressed a soft kiss on her palm. “I can’t force you to move on so quickly and I know it’s going to take a while till you do. But—“ she paused, and her eyes trailed back down to Tzuyu’s lips. “I’m always going to be here for you. No matter what.”
“I don’t want you to wait for something that isn’t sure either.” Tzuyu looked sad when she said it. She dropped her hands on the bed and stared at them. “I want to ask you to wait for me, but I don’t know if I can do that to you.”
“I have a lot of free time?” Sana tried to lighten the mood, but her smile suddenly faded when the reality of things was starting to hit hard on her. “I don’t know what I’m going to do with all these feelings I have for you. But I don’t have any regrets.”
“Me neither.”
In a beat, she hugged her. Tzuyu pulled her closer and Sana moved to make her way to sit on her lap, and they held each other tight.
She didn’t know what was going to happen after this. Tzuyu only had a number of days left before she had to go back, and Sana had no idea what would come out of their relationship once she had to go. Tzuyu might keep her promise and they would still have their phone calls. Or Tzuyu might go home and find Se-Ri waiting for her and they would end up getting back together. That would break her heart, for sure.
As much as she wanted to trust in Tzuyu, she couldn’t keep her guard down. She had to think of a way to make herself strong for whatever was to come.
It was the only thing she could do.
The car ride home was awkward. Mina and Chaeyoung obviously had a great night together and they tried their best to bring up any conversation they could think of just to get everyone to be lively again. Yukiko and Hanako fell asleep on the ride back, so it was up to the adults to keep themselves busy.
But Tzuyu was exceptionally quiet, and Sana had so much in her mind that she couldn’t bring herself to distract herself from whatever Chaeyoung was talking about.
At least Sana could go home once she returned the car.
“I’ll go with Sana to bring the car back to the rental,” Mina said while everyone was heading inside to bring their things in.
Chaeyoung immediately stopped and looked at her girlfriend. “Are you sure?”
“Yeah, baby. We got the car first, so it would make sense if I was there when Sana returned it,” she said then looked back at Sana.
Sana wasn’t sure how to react. She was hoping to do this alone, but Mina had a point. “Yeah, of course, Mitang.” She then grabbed the keys from her pocket and smiled at her. “I can wait here outside.”
“Okay I’ll make it quick.” Mina rushed inside with her bags and Chaeyoung followed after.
Tzuyu closed the back door of the van, slinging her overnight bag over her body and walked slowly towards Sana. “So…” She was looking at the ground. “Do you still want to get on a call later?”
Of course Sana would say yes to that. But after their intense hugging and their talk made her feel all mixed up inside and she wasn’t sure if she could be around Tzuyu at the moment. “I’ll take a nap first when I get home and then I’ll call you?”
