Well, maybe you should start getting used to it. Since I enjoy giving compliments. Especially to those who deserve it. And I know you do. :)
I’m sorry you’ve been feeling that way. I’m going to be honest, but I was worried when I got your letter. I don’t know how to describe it, but I could sense something with your words. But as you said, you must have felt overwhelmed. I hope you’re feeling okay.
But I’m glad that Chaeyoung called you. She’s a really sweet friend. And good for her that she’s moving in with her girlfriend, that must be a big step in their relationship. I’m assuming they’re the type who wants to try living with each other first before marriage? I’m only asking because most of the people I know get married first before moving in with each other. But I think that’s a great idea, right? You’d know what you’re going to deal with if you find out what it’s like to be with each other every day. I should tell my friends that.
Again, I hope they approve your leave. I can’t imagine what it’s like to be so far away from home for so long. But I’m sure they’ll let you go. Even just for a week? Or two? Hopefully this Christmas. I mean… It's Christmas. They should have some sympathy to at least let you come home for the holidays. But anyway, I hope it works out.
Your idea sounds way better than mine. Sometimes coffee isn’t enough to energize you for the day. That’s very creative, I might think about that for a while.

I’m Im Nayeon, 30, born on September 22 but you already know that. You also know my address since you send my letters to the address. I’m the eldest in the family, closer to my mom than my dad. I work for the media. But that’s as much as I can say, sadly. I hope that’s okay.
I was in a car accident when I was in elementary. Had to have surgery because of it, so my left leg is kind of weak, but I try to exercise to keep myself fit. My body is going to give up when it wants to. Is that an interesting fact about myself? I don’t really like sharing too personal things with anyone. But I can trust you. Right?
I honestly like this. It’s like we’re reintroducing ourselves to each other. I wanna keep knowing about you, Dahyun :)
