Dear Nayeon,
I guess it’s just me who doesn’t know how to take compliments like that so easily. For some reason, I think it’s easier for me to say it than receive it.
But thank you, that’s really sweet of you.
I’m doing alright. Just trying to survive and fight my homesickness. Chaeyoung called me the second time the other day. Asked how I was and when I’m coming home too. I asked about her and her girlfriend since they’re moving in together pretty soon. I’m gonna miss the housewarming party, but they said that they’ll tour me once I come home.
Which would hopefully be soon. I already sent my request and I’m waiting for it to be approved. If I’m being honest, it might be the reason why my feelings are doubling over. I really want to go home already. But don’t worry (something I’ve been telling myself a lot), they accepted my letter, and I’ll have to wait until it gets approved. Hopefully soon so I could book my flight already.
I’m glad you’re not hurt. Your manager must be really nice to be there to make sure you didn’t trip over that pothole. I hope he or she decided to get someone to fix it. It already caused one accident; they shouldn’t allow another one. Please be careful.
Hmm… that does sound nice. But I don’t know. I just want a world where everyone is nice to each other, and the universe would slowly heal. Or maybe I would want to experience a weekend where I’d feel extremely rested and ready for the workday. That would be nice. Most of the time I feel like weekends aren’t enough. Because you could do so much, but will you be able to fit everything within two days only? That would be nice.
I got shy all of a sudden. Heh.
Well, I’m Kim Dahyun. 27, born on May 28. I mentioned in my first letter to you that I’m from Gyeonggi-do, just a small house in the suburbs. I’m the youngest in the family, I have a degree in Accounting, and I work for an insurance company as an auditor. Kinda boring. But it pays the bills.
I like chocolate? Is that interesting? I do play the piano, used to play for our local church back in high school and attended a couple of recitals before. But I haven’t touched a piano in years.
Enough about me. What about you? May I know what Im Nayeon is like as well? :)
