“C-c-coffee… Haewon—” I gestured to have Haewon a drink; the coffee’s surprisingly still steaming… is it because of the heat between these two?

“Why don’t you ask your girlfriend first, Hanwoo-ssi?” Gaeul shoots a glare at me.

Right, there’s no closure between us; she’s still my girlfriend.

I’m sitting in the middle of the two; this is even a two-seater table, so I was sitting at the side with an extra chair.

“R-right, Gaeul-ah, have some coffee as well.” My hands are trembling, gesturing at the coffee in front of her. She won’t spill the coffee on me, right? Like what I saw in dramas.

“Heh, looks like Hanwoo only wanted me to enjoy the coffee… Thank you, Hanwoo. As… always.” Haewon winked at me.

“Tch, Hanwoo, stir the coffee for me,” Gaeul ordered, pushing her coffee in front of me.

“Y-yes!” I stirred her coffee; my trembling hands caused a vibration through the spoon.

“You’re scaring him, mine, too.” Haewon had already sipped her coffee, and yet she wanted me to stir it, too?

Haewon, yes, she’s scaring me. But you’re killing me— Gaeul won’t let this one pass!

Two sets of eyes subtly locked on me at the moment. One’s from Haewon, which is obviously lovely and calm, while the other’s from Gaeul, which is full of anger and killing intent.

    “...”

    “...”

    “…”

Shit, now they’re just staring at one another.

    No one’s blinking.

    Ting. Ting. Ting.

I just keep stirring, the spoon noticeably clinking nervously.

Haewon’s smiling, while Gaeul keeps tapping the table with her finger in sync with my stirring.

“I— uhh, rest room break—” I stood up, attempting to leave the battlefield.

    “Stay.” Gaeul flatly said.

“Just sit right there.” Haewon did as well at the same time.

    “Yes!” I sat back.

They took their coffee and sipped at it.

As I thought the tension had calmed down, Gaeul held my hand.

“Your hand’s cold. Are you okay? Don’t worry, I’ll heat it later.” Gaeul purred. It’s unusual for her to act like that in public, but I’m used to it when we’re alone.

Haewon scoffed, which made Gaeul angrier.

“Why not heat him right now?” Haewon held my other hand.

    “Hic-”

Haewon, better stop; I’m afraid Gaeul will boil me later.

    “...”

    “...”

There it is once again, the staring competition.

“You’re aware that Hanwoo and I are still together, and yet, you’re being like that.” She grinned.

“Yeah, and looks like I’m the bad girl now, but guess what?” Haewon fired back.

    “Hmm?” Gaeul raised a brow.

“I’m not giving Hanwoo up that easily, especially to someone who’s keeping him as a pet. In fact, you’re just bullying him.” Haewon had better stop right now.

“Me? Bullying him? That’s a lie. We love each other.” Gaeul’s patience is surprisingly long——

“A-a-a-aw— G-G-Gaeul– H-Haewon–” For a moment, I forgot that they’re holding my hands, until they grip them tightly, their anger firing them up. They might have broken my hand.

“You’re squeezing him.” Gaeul glared at Haewon.

    “Tch. It’s you.” Haewon scoffed.

“A-a-ahhh—” The more they talk, the tighter their grip gets. I start to wiggle, whimpering through the pain.

    “Bully,” Haewon said.

    “Bully’s sister.” Gaeul shot back.

“Ahnng.” I whimpered like a dog.

Invisible sparks flew between their fiery eyes.

    Ting! Ting!

    The cafe door opened.

“Why are you wiggling like damn worm bait? Oh? I see you’re fishing with two big catches.” Chanmin arrived.

“Chanmin!” I jumped into him, my saviour, my hope.

    “What happened?” Chanmin asked me.

“Bring me home.” I plead, but why is he holding a luggage bag— no way.

“What’s the bag for? You’re leaving?” No, please, Chanmin, better not leave me alone, especially now that I’m on the gates of hell.

    “No.” He answered instantly.

“Thank God.” It’s much better to solve issues with someone I can openly talk to.

But what’s the bag for? And most importantly, why is it hella cute? Pink and plushie Pokémon keychain.

“This is Gaeul’s luggage; she’s staying in your dorm. Ehwa got a week's break, so she asked me to bring her luggage.” Chanmin tapped my shoulder and walked past me.

    “...”

“Hey, Gaeul. Here’s your stuff, oh, hey, Haewon.” I heard him greet them.

    “...”

It took a moment to process what the fuck I just heard.

So, he’s not leaving… and the luggage he brought is Gaeul’s—

WHAT THE FUCK!? WHY!? WHY DIDN’T THEY ASK ME FIRST!?

    “Why!?” I turned around.

    “...”

Gaeul’s scary; I thought I could confront her for a moment, but better not.

“Come here.” Gaeul points to the space beside her.

“Yes, ma’am.” I nod, like a loyal dog.

    “...”

Chanmin’s busy ordering coffee after he took my chair. Haewon and Gaeul are having an intense staring competition, while I awkwardly stand on the side like a damn bodyguard.

    “Hic.”

I just remembered something… if Gaeul stays at my dorm…

    “Hic.”

I’m fucking doomed! My dorm’s a mess; I should have cleaned it up more often. Gaeul will definitely scold me for not taking care of things. And— if she’s coming, the damn sex demon won’t let me rest.

“Are you okay? You’re sweating like crazy.” Haewon’s worried about me.

“His dorm’s probably a mess; he’s afraid I might beat him,” Gaeul responded instead and sipped on her coffee.

“I, uhh—” Words were stuck in my throat.

What Gaeul said was the exact thing I just thought about— how?

    Did Gaeul read my mind?

    Thud.

My dorm’s door shut. It’s like a bad omen; they did not just shut the entrance of my dorm, but my fate as well. There’s no way out; the cage just closed, and I’m destined to suffer.

I slowly walked in; there was another footstep behind me; it was Gaeul.

“Oh, fuck.” I muttered. My instant reaction when I saw the status of my own dorm. It’s a hell of a mess.

Used clothes hung everywhere, mixed with textbooks, crumpled paper, and underwear——

“Ougg!” I rushed to pick it up.

    “....”

I watched Gaeul take a careful step inside my dorm, her eyes scanning every side. She’s strictly observing and inspecting the place.

“Clothes… Pillows on the floor… and what’s this? Ramyeon cup— is this all that you eat?” She spotted the pile of Ramyeon cup noodles that I forgot to throw out.

“Ramyeon’s my favorite.” It’s a lie; I don’t have a choice but to eat instant noodles since I’m not in the mood to cook or order something, since that night I saw her and that guy.

I picked the Ramyeon cups, then an arm suddenly wrapped around me.

“U-uh… Gaeul-ah…” She hugged me and rested her face on my back.

“Just for a moment… I just—miss you so much.” Her hug tightened.

    “...”

    “Sniff.”

    Gaeul is…

“Gaeul… are you crying—” No, I shouldn’t have asked her that; it’s already obvious.

Did I make her cry? The mighty Gaeul? The sunbae that everyone’s scared of is crying at me.

    Am I a scumbag?

    “Gaeul—”

“Sorry.” She apologized. She’s not trying to hide her sobs anymore. She’s crying openly this time.

“I… I’m the one who should be sorry… Gaeul…” I can’t help it; my tears flowed down my cheeks as well.

    “....”

Both of us just let it out, the frustrations, the regrets, the emotions that have been kept inside our hearts.

    “....”

She released me, and I turned around to face her. She’s wiping her tears away.

“Should we clean up the mess?” She smiled. When was the last time I saw her smile genuinely?

“Yes.” I just agreed. I don’t know which mess she’s referring to, if it’s our relationship or my dorm.

We rested for a while, then our bodies automatically cleaned my dorm, peacefully. Gaeul didn’t say a word, but I can see her smile never falters once. Notably, we cleaned quickly, perhaps because we were too focused and moved in unison.

At the dining table, we sat across from each other. We ordered some chicken and some meat. She is gradually putting meat on my plate, even feeding me. She looks so cute and kind of special for tonight. Everything’s sweet: the food, the ambiance, and her.

“I’m just tormenting him.” She spoke in the middle of our dinner.

    “Hmm?”

“That guy, I'm just teaching him a lesson. It’s all a misunderstanding; I’m sorry.” She just kept on eating, but she had her head down.

“He compared himself to you. I just can’t let it pass. There’s no other Hanwoo… Aish, I should’ve just killed him. How dare he—” She punched the chopstick through the table in just one stab.

That moment will terrify me if it’s just a casual day. But today’s different.

“Gaeul.” I simply called her name and put a piece of meat in her bowl.

“Chanmin told me already,” I added.

Actually, Chanmin told me that I had misunderstood it completely, that she was doing it for my sake. But I’m a fucker who doesn’t believe it; I’m the one who makes myself suffer.

Why didn’t I trust her? Why?

“Thank you.” Gaeul finally looked into my eyes and ate the chunk of meat I gave her.

    “...”

“So, what’s the deal with that Haewon girl?” After a few moments of heart-warming exchange, she immediately shifts back to her scary persona. Though not as terrifying as she always does.

    “Kgh—” I choked up.

She opened up. Now, there’s no way she’ll let me slip after what happened earlier. I should explain my part as well.

“Haewon’s been my friend for some time now. She approached me first, straight up introducing herself as Sunghoon’s sister and begging for forgiveness. She’s actually my department senior as well.” I took a break and took a glass of water.

    “...”

    Gaeul’s quietly listening.

“We hang out often since we keep running with each other. Then, she’s also there when… I’m at my lowest.” I told her the truth: there’s nothing to hide— wait, as I remember, I slept with someone… there’s no way that’s Haewon, right?

“Is that it?” Gaeul noticed I stopped talking.

“Huh? I…Uhh… Yes!” I just said earlier that there’s nothing to hide; what a scum I am.

“I see. Eat.” She nods, she understands me.

So this is what it feels like if we opened up to each other… Should I really tell her that night!?

We tidied up, without telling her what happened that night. I’m scared; I might be a corpse the next morning if I told her that. That’s the biggest sin I've ever committed.

This is our first night together at my dorm, and earlier I actually volunteered that I’d sleep on the sofa instead, and she could have the whole room. But she stopped me and insisted we’d sleep together.

“Hmm, should I sleep? Where did she go?” I was laying at my bed, alone.

Gaeul said nothing and just left me alone. She’s not sharpening the kitchen knife, is she? No, she’s way too clingy and gentle earlier.

“I should’ve told her that.” I regret not opening up about that incident while I still had a chance.

“What? Is there something you need to tell me?” She suddenly entered the room. She heard it; my luck must’ve run out.

“OH! NOTHING! B-b-but, what’s with the robe?” I quickly changed the topic. However, what she’s wearing honestly caught my attention.

A silk burgundy robe in the middle of the night? Isn’t she cold? She might be, her nipples poking through the thin fabric like a needle. Her robe interestingly lacks in length as well, just enough to cover her pussy… no, it’s not covering anything— I can see her pussy,

I almost forgot her sex demon transformation. She’s extra seductive this time around.

“W-w-w-what are you doing!?” I keep kicking, trying to get away as soon as possible.

Her hips are swaying, she’s smiling, and tiptoeing her way to me with her heels high? But she’s barefoot.

Is this her way of ritual before finishing someone? Oh, hell no, I should go away,

I tried to slide through the side of the bed.

    Cling.

    I stopped moving.

    There’s a chain… for what!?

“Gaeul-ah… w-w-what’s with the chain?” The size is also unusual; it wasn’t just the ordinary chain; it’s gold and perfect for pets— I knew it; I’ve been a bad pet, she’s leashing me!

“You won’t get away this time.” She smiled from ear to ear.

    I’m too terrified to move.

    “...”

    “...”

“G-G-Gaeul-ah…” I'm starting to realize what she was doing.

After analyzing what just happened, there’s no way she’ll be as brutal as what I’m thinking. She already softened a bit— she’s seducing me right now.

Though she’s still scary. I can’t help but appreciate it.

“You can’t run anymore; I won’t let you.” She half-climbed the bed.

Left leg first, then her right leg. She’s crawling her way into me. There’s also no need to peek; I can see her fair breast hanging, her pinkish puffy nipples glowing in the dark.

I’m starting to heat up. Is it because we haven’t done it for a long time?

“Should I put it on myself?” I took the chain from her hand.

“My neck? My wrist? My… heart?” I play with the chain.

“Hanwoo…” Her eyes went wide, and her jaw dropped.

    “...”

“Where should I put this?” I’m waiting for her answer.

Is she really that in shock that I actually made a move? Should I just let her do her thing like we used to? I don’t know anymore— all I knew was I needed to show her how much I love her.

“No, never mind that leash; I think we don’t need that anymore.” She also stopped her cringy seduction and sat up.

She looks so cute, and I pinched her cheeks.

“What are you doing?” Her eyes are glued to my hand on her cheeks.

Did I become too comfortable and careless? Shit.

“I, uhh, I always wanted to do this… your cheeks are the cutest.” I pulled away, but she caught my hand and put it back.

“Then pinch, I’m your girlfriend, and it’s fine to adore me like that… just you know, I— I like it too.” Is she blushing? It’s not because of the dim lighting.

This is the first time I saw her face redden, not because she’s mad. She’s so cute; I want to keep pinching her.

“You wayk it thwat mwuch? (You like it that much).” I kept pinching, pulling her cheeks outward. The way she spoke is hella cute too.

“Yes.” My lips curled into a smile,

She smiled as well, and we shared a smile for the first time since we went to separate universities. I missed it, I missed her.

    “...”

“Hanwoo.” She called my name, and I stopped pinching. Who knows? Maybe she started to get irritated, better be safe.

She held my hand and gave it a firm squeeze.

“Let’s do it, let’s have sex. I missed it so much, please?” She asked my permission.

Did she just ask me for my consent to have sex with her?

    “...”

She really changed in just a night.

    “Gaeul, okay. Let’s do—”

    Ding. Dong.

    Knock! Knock!

A doorbell and a knock after it? Whoever that was, it’s impatient.

“Fucking shit,” Gaeul muttered and got out of bed. She tied up her robe and stomped her way out.

I thought Gaeul had changed already, but it looks like I’m wrong. She just set a switch to her emotion, must be good and bad.

Whoever that person outside was, it’s his/her last day.

“Shit. G-Gaeul! Wait!” I followed her out. I can’t afford to have a murder scene right in my apartment.

I ran, trying to catch Gaeul before blood spilled.

The door’s already open, the floor’s clean, and a woman is standing outside facing Gaeul.

    “...”

    “...”

This presence… It’s the same terrifying aura I felt hours ago.

“So, how did this girl know your dorm?” Gaeul spoke without even looking at me. She’s just staring at Haewon.

“I, uhhh, it’s uhh—” OH SHIT! I can’t tell Gaeul that I probably slept with Haewon— I’m not even sure if it’s really Haewon.

“I think I told her…” I hope Gaeul believes in me.

But, yeah? How the fuck did Haewon know where I’m staying? I don’t remember telling her where I live– did we really sleep? NO WAY!

“He told me a few weeks ago.” Haewon winked.

No way— did I really tell her? Yeah, it’s possibly slipped. If I slept with her, she’d avoid me and creep whenever I’m with her, so it definitely isn't her, but the fact that I probably sleep with another girl just makes me scum.

    I hate myself.

“What’s with the wink? Should I poke your big boba eyes?” Gaeul gestured to poke it with her two fingers.

“And what’s with the thin red silk robe? You’re like a boiled tomato.” Haewon points at Gaeul's fit.

“It’s burgundy, idiot. And… we’re having our wild night,” Gaeul purred.

I can’t believe she just said it in front of Haewon; we still need to keep our privacy!

“Gaeul! Uhh, it’s just hot; the air conditioning unit’s broken.” It’s a part lie. It’s cold as fuck, and running an air conditioning unit on this cold night is basically turning us into frozen goods.

“It’s cold; you might get cold, hopefully.” Haewon kept teasing Gaeul, but they’re somewhat cooler than earlier.

“What do you want?” Gaeul went back to business after a quick banter.

“I just want to give his books back.” Haewon showed the books and notes I gave her a week ago.

But did she really just go here to give my notes back? At this hour?

“You really think I’ll believe that?” Gaeul scoffed.

“Yes, please.” Haewon crossed her arms.

“I dressed like this since we’re a couple and the night is ours… You don’t belong in here. What do you really want— hey!” Gaeul was talking when Haewon made her way in.

“Move.” Haewon walks in, passing through her.

“Haewon-ah, thank you.” She handed me the books and smiled at me- what a cute— oh shit, Gaeul’s grinning.

    “Heh~” Gaeul scoffed.

“What?” Haewon feels mocked; well, that’s what I felt as well.

Whatever Gaeul is thinking right now, it will cause chaos for sure.

“You came to check us, right? Well, we’re just to have our se—”

“Gaeul!” I step in and put my hands on her mouth. Hopefully, I stopped her dangerous mouth at the perfect time.

“I think I already knew it if Hanwoo’s showcasing his elephant just like that.” Haewon giggled and gestured at my bottom.

What’s this girl trying to say— no way.

As I look down, my suspicion was right…

All this time, I’m only in my boxers, and the elephant Haewon’s referring to is my humpy dumpty, which is hard due to Gaeul’s action earlier and the cold.

“Hey!! Why are you casually pointing at it? I tried to cover it as if I were the purest one in the room.

“You really have a death wish? Don’t point at his eleph like that!” Gaeul stepped in and was ready to throw hands— why eleph? Did she put a nickname on it already?

“Eleph?” Haewon had the same question as me.

“I’ve decided to call it eleph if he cheats on me with you since I’ll cut it like its name.” Gaeul’s murderous intention was broadcast in front of us.

Holy shit, just as I thought I’d never get death threats from her anymore… now I’m more scared of her; her mood changes just like the weather!

    “Heh~” Haewon scoffed this time.

I swear that these two have their own way of mocking each other. Is it a good thing? I don’t think so.

“What now?” Gaeul's obviously annoyed, well, Haewon's been getting on her nerves ever since they met.

“Are you threatened by me? Well, I can't blame you.” Haewon winked at me— why the fuck would she even do that in front of Gaeul!

That's Ivankov's type of wink; it can crush me to death.

“This girl… What do you really want?” Gaeul's patience is running thin, and I know it's not a good sign.

“Just… books… and just reminiscing about this place…” Haewon said something that hooked my curiosity the most.

Reminiscing… did she even get here before—oh shit.

    Holy shit.

Is it really true? Did we really sleep? What the actual fuck—

    “You.” Gaeul's calm— no, she's enraged. She's quick-witted; she knows what's up.

“So you’ve also been here… Hanwoo, do you want to explain what’s happening?” Gaeul’s expressionless face is the scariest of them all since I can’t read them!

“Uhhh—” I’m brainstorming on what brilliant thing I should say to save myself— no, ourselves.

“I’ve been here… just once.” Haewon smiled at us.

Haewon— please, I beg you, don’t ever say anything stupid.

    “I—uhhh—”

“What the fuck, Hanwoo!?” Gaeul’s eyes speak betrayal.

This shit’s going to be the longest night I’ll ever experience. We’re already good for an hour or two, and now we’re in chaos again.

    “Gaeul— I’m drunk! Promise! I–”

I thought it was better just to say it straightforwardly. I actually regret not telling her earlier!

“He's drunk, and as a good friend, I brought him home.” There's definitely something behind Haewon's mischievous smile.

“Hmmp! Hmmmm,” Our backs kept hitting my dorm’s walls. Exchanging places on pinning one another while our kisses get deeper. She stripped her clothes, and I did as well.

“Hic–” Shit, everything's coming back! Those memories! It's still blurry but still—

    “W-w-what!?” Gaeul cannot believe it.

I can hear tremors— and some bubbly sound like popping magma… is it Gaeul's boiling anger? A volcano that will erupt at any moment.

“Ahhh~” Her walls gripped my cock so insanely like it was the first time. Her moans were different than what I usually heard.

“Hmmm~” Her nipple tasted and felt different under my tongue, too, and what’s more, her skin was glowing even in the night. Is Gaeul always this pale?

“Shit—” I muttered and saw Gaeul's fist shaking and ready to strike.

“Before you got bad ideas about it, do you know how battered I was that day? Hanwoo's really hard to contain when he's drunk!” Haewon began explaining before Gaeul even struck a punch at me.

But wait– did we really have sex? Why does Haewon sound so cool with it?

“Yeah, he's a different kind of animal whenever he's drunk.” Gaeul's anger lessened a bit; I can see her fist loosen for a moment.

But why am I an animal!? The last time I was drunk… oh yeah, right, Gaeul and I had sex. That's actually where this all started.

“Yeah, he's wrecking anything, and he's so heavy! He even slammed himself against the racks like The Rock.”

Haewon watching WWE— Wait a minute… so that explains why my place is a mess when I woke up.

Does that mean we didn't do it?

    “Did you two… have sex?”

That's also what I'd like to—- HOLY SHIT IT'S GAEUL WHO ASKED THE FUCKING QUESTION.

    “Uhh, sorry–” I apologized.

“Huh? No, we did not.” Haewon denied.

    “...”

“Huh!? We did not!?” I'm confused and relieved at the same time—

“Why do you sound disappointed!?” Gaeul got the books from Haewon and threw it at me, at close range.

    “Aww! No! I'm not—”

“Really? You could've just asked me if you wanted to— aww!” Haewon's teasing me, then got smacked by books as well.

“You two!” Gaeul's still mad, but she subtly smiled as well.

She might also feel relieved that nothing happened, but what exactly really happened?

It feels too real; there's no way it's just a dream.

“Why did you hit me so hard!? Why hit Hanwoo like a baby!?” Haewon suddenly complained about how strongly Gaeul was hitting us.

For real, it just feels like Gaeul held back earlier.

“It's the hit of love.” Gaeul tapped the spot she hit me.

“And yours is the hit of exorcism, you bad spirit.” Gaeul gestured as if she were throwing salt at Haewon.

“Seriously? Anyway, it's already late. I'll go home now, you already got the books.” She kicked one of them and hit Gaeul's toes.

“Aw!” Gaeul shrieked in pain. Haewon simply got her revenge.

“You're a bad spirit too?” Haewon mimicked Gaeul's throwing salt action with her own silly version.

“Go, before you really become a spirit.” Gaeul didn't attempt to hit her back since they hit each other fairly.

“Bye– bye Hanwoo!” Haewon flatly said goodbye to her while she energetically waved goodbye to me.

    “Where's the knife?” Gaeul muttered.

    Oh shit.

But before Gaeul even moved, Haewon disappeared behind my unit's door.

    “...”

I wonder if Gaeul's still mad, but I have to do something before it gets worse.

But still, I wonder why I really have sex with someone…

    Thinking…

I kept thinking… scanning my memory for every clue about that night— until my eyes landed on the books on the floor.

It's the same as that day.

    The messy stuff…

“AHHNG!” I remember fucking her while we were standing, knocking over everything obstructs our way.

    The spilled condiments…

“Ahh! Ahh!” I drilled her tight pussy on the table, her back sliding up and down on the table top.

    The sofa sheet…

“Ohhh!” I fucked her from behind, on the floor, on the sofa.

Most importantly, the pillows on the floors…

    Things are slowly getting clear.

    “Shit,” I muttered and facepalmed.

“What's wrong?” Gaeul looked over at me, but I couldn't face her.

    “...”

    It's so fucking embarrassing.

    I remember it now.

    All this time…

I make out with my pillow—

    “Fuck!” I shout.

“Shit, you surprised me! Why!? What's wrong with you? Why are you blushing?” Gaeul grabbed my head and, surprisingly, saw me blushing even with my hands on my face.

I don't want to tell her I had sex with my pillow— in fact, I DON'T EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT!

“Nothing… G-Gaeul--let's just do it.” I suddenly grabbed Gaeul and carried her in bridal style.

I just wanted to forget that embarrassing thing happened in this unit and replace it with a real one.

This time with Gaeul, and it's real.

“w-what— Hanwoo–” She was probably in shock. Well, I was surprised as well that I could carry her with ease

    “...”

We stayed like that for a moment.

She got her arm wrapped around my neck while I carried her.

    Then our eyes met.

There is an electric shock that sparks something inside me, and it's starting to burn.

“Hanwoo…” Gaeul speaks my name before leaning in and kissing me.

“You better not think of sleeping after this, right?” She cupped my cheeks and stroked them like a baby. She's letting me decide, unlike the old Gaeul who'll force herself into me.

    I'm her baby, Gaeul's baby.

“Yes.” I leaned and kissed her while I started walking on the way to the bedroom.

We'll definitely do it this time.

Every step I take, the deeper our kisses become.

“Hmm…” I’m more aroused than the last time we did it.

“Haaa… H-Hanwo— hmmppp~” Gaeul can feel it, matching my hungry kisses with her own pace.

The moment we’re at the door. She instinctively reached for the knob; she’s unusually clumsy.

She opened it, without breaking our lips from eating each other, and gently put her to bed. Right after I put her down, she stripped her camisole off, well, as manly as I am at the moment, I yanked my remaining cover as well. Tearing my boxers off as if they’re just paper, it’s my favorite, though.

“Gau— WHAA–” Finally, I can show her dominance—

She just pulled me in, laid me on the bed, and sat on top of my lap. Lining my cork on her overflowing sweet wine hole, and plugging it in.

“Ohhhh~ Hanwoo… I miss this very much!” My dick slides in her smooth like butter; she must have been flooding hot for a long time.

“M-me too… Gaeul— I love you.” I said it, that I love her, I love her tightness, I love her existence.

“I know.” Gaeul beamed a smile when she heard it.

That night, there’s no alpha, there’s no real domination, it’s a night full of understanding and passion.

    “...”

“Haa…” I thrust in and out of her while she faces down my bed in a prone position, my hips crashing onto her smooth ass, rippling in every impact. I’ve never fucked her in that position, and it feels great.

    “...”

“Hnngg— Hanwoo…” She called my name while I fucked her, missionary, with her legs spread on both sides of my hips. The sight of my dick coming in and out of her puffy, juicy pussy is a sight of a lifetime. God knows how much I missed this feeling.

    “...”

“Ahhngg~” She rode me like she always does, but this time, she let the gravity do its purpose, letting her weight fall and slam her crotch into mine.

I cum nonstop inside her, on her midriff, and even on her face. She doesn't mind it; she just lets me do it, anytime and anywhere I like.

“Good morning!” I greet my seatmate, whom I have never talked to once; I don’t even know what his name is.

“Good morning?” He greeted me back, well, I didn’t even look at him after that.

“Good morning!” I just greeted everyone I came across.

I’m just in a very good mood.

    Who wouldn’t?

Earlier, I just woke up in a very good sleep, the most heavenly sleep I've had in the past few months.

The first thing I noticed was a sweet, flowery scent coming from a girl who was snuggling up to me. It’s Gaeul, and she’s sleeping comfortably. Her cheeks look so cute as she rests her head on my chest.

She woke up moments later, and we instantly shared a kiss.

But my wonderful morning didn’t stop just like that. Since we slept naked, we woke up naked, and her warm skin brushed mine smoothly. That wakes my morning wood as well, and she knows how to take care of it.

She gave me a morning oral. Her face was puffy, and her cheeks got puffy too after my dick stuffed her mouth. Watching Gaeul bob her head after I just woke up is such a blessing. I came inside her throat after a few bobbed, and she gulped it like a morning supplement.

She hugged me after it, and we rested for another hour.

    “...”

    “...”

    “...”

“You’re daydreaming. Did something good happen? I guess you and Gaeul are okay now.” Chanmin pressed a cold iced coffee into my cheeks, and that brought me back to reality.

“Huh? Ahh, yes. We’re good now, thanks!” I cheerfully accepted the coffee.

We’re walking our way off the campus. I’m in a good mood, it’s too much that I didn't notice that the day went by really fast.

“Looks like it, there’s your guardian.” Chanmin nudged me and pointed at the entrance.

There she is, Gaeul’s standing right there, waiting for me.

    “Hey.” She waved happily.

I never thought I'd ever see it, the way she smiled as she waved her hand upon seeing me after waiting at our university gate. I always dream about it.

“He– WHA! H-Haewon?” An arm clung to mine suddenly, and I instantly thought of Haewon when I saw how snow white it was.

“Oh, you knew it was me? How lovely.” Haewon was wearing her mischievous smile as usual.

Pretty… not just her, me too, I’m pretty dead.

“I should’ve broken your arm when I had a chance yesterday.” Gaeul approached and sliced Haewon’s arms with her glare.

“Do it, and I’ll cling to him even more since I need someone to feed me if I can’t— yes, break it, that’s actually a good idea.” Haewon tightened her arms around my right arm.

“You—” Noticeably, Gaeul improved on restraining herself from creating chaos, and instead, she grabbed my left arm and tugged me over to her.

    “...”

“Hanwoo, looks like everyone wants to know your secret.” Chanmin’s giggling at the side,

What the hell is this guy talking about— oh shit.

As I looked around, everyone’s eyes were on us. I’m not a celebrity, but I feel like they’re watching us since it’s unusual to find someone with his arms around two beautiful fairies.

“Looks like they’re watching us, Hanwoo~ You’re like a flower, and I’m a butterfly.” Haewon sounds so happy with how things are working right now.

    “You’re a moth.” Gaeul scoffed.

    “I’m a butterfly—” Haewon insisted.

Girls, I wish you would let my arms go if you’ll just argue over again.

“Okay, fine, since your eyes were as big as butterfree.” Gaeul always finds a way to tease Haewon.

“It’s fine you… uhh… Skwovet!” Haewon shoots back at Gaeul with her own Pokémon.

“Huh? Why?” Gaeul looked confused about how she looked like Skwovet.

“Just— I don’t know! You look like a squirrel.” I knew it, Haewon just blurted some nonsense again just to fire back at Gaeul.

“Heh~ Yeah, squirrels like nuts… Hanwoo’s nuts—” Gaeul scoffed, I don’t like the way she is smiling… there’s something on her mind—

“Gaeul!” I instantly cut her off before she said anything, especially about how she ate my nuts last night.

“She’s really nuts.” Haewon let go of my arm, feeling defeated.

But that’s only momentarily, I can feel it since she’s still beaming her usual pretty smile.

“Bully— Gaeully,” Haewon muttered, and it made me laugh. I had to hold myself back before Gaeul decides that I deserve to go to hell.

“Wh— Are you laughing?” Gaeul looked pissed now.

“No.” I held her hand, just reassuring her that she got my full support.

While they bicker, students begin to murmur around. I can sense some of them looking at me with a death stare. But, they can’t do anything about it. Chanmin’s there, so they can’t come near us.

“Hehe.” Chanmin’s just enjoying the show.

“Hey, give me Hanwoo for a moment.” Haewon just asked Gaeul to hand me over to her.

    Like candy.

“As if I’ll give him to you.” Gaeul tightened her grip on my hand.

“I’ll just borrow him for a moment.” Haewon sighed. She sounds like she’s somehow tired already.

“Then ask properly.” Gaeul had a point.

“That’s what I did!” Haewon stomps her feet; she’s annoyed since Gaeul had no intention of handing me over.

“No, you didn’t, you said… Give me Hanwoo—” Gaeul recalled the way Haewon said it earlier.

“For a moment, you forget that part, it means I’ll give him back to you— but I’ll keep him if Hanwoo wants to stay with me~” I never thought a boba eye like Haewon could resemble a fox.

    “...”

    “Okay.” Gaeul approved.

    “...”

    “Huh— huh?” I stuttered.

Did Gaeul just agree to give me to Haewon? Seriously?

“Gaeul, don’t regret this later.” Chanmin finally butts in.

“I won’t; I trust him.” Gaeul smiled at me but glared at Haewon. “Don’t do anything stupid, okay? Hanwoo.” She added, now she patted my head like a loyal dog.

“Yes,” I answered like a dog.

“We’re just at the coffee shop near the bus station.” Haewon checked her phone and showed a map of where she was planning to take me.

“Heh~ you know how to behave sometimes.” Gaeul slyly grinned again.

They’ll bicker again; it always starts with a grin, and the other girl will fight back, trust me.

“Yeah… sometimes… not often.” Haewon's finger walked her hand from my arm to my shoulders.

“Tch. Go.” Gaeul, let me go.

“Gaeul, I’ll come home after,” I told her, but that’s what I should really do, right? I should go back home after Haewon, and I will talk.

“I know.” Gaeul gave me a reassuring smile. I still can’t believe she allowed it.

“Let’s go, Hanwoo, my treat.” Haewon nudged me.

As we walk away, I can feel relief and gladness at how our relationship has drastically changed. It’s not the ruthless, sex demon, and cold Gaeul anymore. It’s the understandable and lovable Gaeul. She’s still a sex demon, though.

“Did Gaeul really eat your nuts?” Haewon suddenly asked.

“Haewon, what the fuck— stop it.” I looked around, and I can still see Gaeul. We’re not that far away, and yet, Haewon had the nerve to ask for it.

“Why? Are you scared of her? Come on, I’ll treat you right.” Haewon is just foxily seducing me at this point.

Is being with this version of Haewon the right decision?

I hope Gaeul doesn't really regret letting this girl. I can feel danger.

“Here’s your coffee, enjoy.” The server put the coffee down at our table.

“W-what did you say?” I’m in a state of shock at the moment. Haewon just blurted out the most absurd thing I've ever heard.

“I said, I'm pregnant, Hanwoo…” Haewon took a sip of her coffee.

    “...”

    “Haewon— don’t–” I can’t speak properly.

“Why did you just let it all out inside my—” Haewon looked down at her belly. Is she talking about her belly? Her womb!?

“I—Uhhh—” No way, no way, no way.

“I never felt so full—” Now she rubbed it, as if she had just finished eating. But, full of what— of my cum? NO WAY!

    “Hae–-Haewon—” NO FUCKING WAY.

    “...”

    “...”

    “....”

“Just kidding!” She burst out laughing after seeing the look on my face. The look of horror and terror.

“Aish! Y-y-you! Don’t joke like that!” My heart dropped for a moment— I thought it was real!

But… why the fuck do I feel like I’m the one responsible for it? It’s not her that I had sex with, it’s the pillow—- shit! I wanted to forget that one really badly.

“How could I get pregnant? We never did it— wait, do you want to?” Haewon brushed her feet on my calves under the table.

    “Stop.” I kicked it.

“You’re really loyal, and I like it.” Her lips curled into a smile before sipping her coffee.

“This girl…” I really don’t know what’s running through her mind.

“Well, the real reason I wanted to talk to you is… Seunghoon finally gained consciousness.” Haewon’s smile turned into a sincere one.

She’s happy, but I can feel something’s bothering her.

There’s a reason why she told me first, even though she could have said it earlier with Gaeul and Chanmin.

“Don’t say sorry again,” I warn her before she does it again.

“But still… sorry.” She bowed her head.

She still said sorry even though I told her not to.

“Haewon… I… I’m fine now, it’s okay… really.” I hope my words ease her burden, the burden that keeps clinging to her. “But… if Seunghoon really woke up, he should be the one who needs to apologize,” I added.

“Y-yes. I’ll bring him over, don’t worry.” Haewon raised her head and nodded.

“Haewon, it’s not for me… It’s for Gaeul.”

    “....”

“Seunghoon bullied me, yes, but Seunghoon and her gang tried to do something inhumane to Gaeul. It’s disgusting— sorry, I just want Gaeul to get her own apology, not from you, but from Seunghoon.” Just remembering how Seunghoon and her gang tried to spike her drink and plan to take advantage of Gauel, it almost made me puke.

    “Yes…” She responds.

“But, Haewon. He’s awake now. I know you’re worried about your brother.” I wanted her to smile, so I hope reminding her that his brother finally woke up can ease the pain she is feeling at the moment.

I want her to smile again, like she used to earlier, but tears drip from her eyes instead.

    “...”

She looked down; she wanted to hide it, like she always does.

I always knew that behind her Jolly and playful face, there was a Haewon full of pain and regrets. Well, it all started that way, the moment Haewon and I talked, she apologized. She always does, she always feels sorry.

    “...”

I let her tears run down for a moment.

“Huh?” Haewon's whimper came to a halt when I reached to brush her tears off.

She finally raised her head once again, her puffy red eyes still wet from crying. She just stared at me as I wiped her tears away.

“Stop crying, you look like milk tea when your boba eyes are wet.” I mimicked the way Gaeul teased her.

“No, I don’t.” She wiped her own tears and let out a giggle.

“You’re prettier when you smile.” Those words… I didn’t think about it thoroughly; it just came out of my mouth for no reason.

    “...”

    “Thanks…” She smiled.

Right after it, the cold air-conditioning unit blew through Haewon and me. The humming is so loud that it feels the place with sudden awkwardness and silence.

Both of us blushed for no reason, or there is?

“H—Hae–” I tried calling her name, but there’s nothing to say.

    “H-huh?” Haewon stuttered as well.

We just sat there, regaining composure from the sudden awkwardness. I guess she already said what she wanted to tell me. It’s time to go home—

“Oh! We got a couple here!” One of the servers spotted us.

“Happy couples day!” Another one suddenly popped.

“Happy couples day for the two of you!” Then another one. How many servers are there?

“You hear that, Hanwoo!?” Haewon happily holds my hand as we both stand.

There it goes again, the jolly Haewon I used to be with.

“Y-yeah… really?” I was taken by surprise. I believe it’s the first time I've felt her hand; She always clung to my arm, wrapped it around my neck, but this was the first time I held her hand. It's nice.

“Since it’s couples day… we had a free plushie!” The shop’s manager excitedly announced their promo.

Then a massive life-size bear plushie emerges from their back kitchen. How did a giant thing like that fit in their tiny back area? And more importantly… It’s so huge that it even needed two people to hold it.

“Really? Wow— oh God! It’s so cute!” Haewon is hopping with excitement.

They put the plushie beside her. Their sizes are quite similar, though the plushie is a bit taller than she is.

“Wow– kugh— sorry.” I had to stop myself from laughing. I never thought I’d see a plushie taller than an actual person.

“Hey! I heard that!” Haewon shouts at me; she’s mad. I forgot one of the most important things when she’s around: don’t ever mention anything about height.

I clearly didn’t say a thing about it, but she just felt it.

We realized that we had this connection; we can’t explain what it was, but there’s something.

“Huh? Sir, she’s mad.” We heard one of the servers.

“Umm, wait, are you really a couple?” The manager looks confused by our actions. Why in the first place did Haewon have to yell at me like that?

“Yes, we are. Why?” Haewon answered instantly, her other hand gripping the massive plushie’s arm. I think she’s worried it might be taken away from her.

“Then, prove it.” A server said, clasping her hand.

“Then can we request a kiss?” The manager happily ordered.

All of the workers blushed, but not just them, Haewon and I as well.

    “…”

    “Hanwoo…”

    “H-Haewon-ah.”

Her grip on my hand tightened, and the entire café was anticipating it.

“We just kissed earlier, our kiss battery is already depleted!” Haewon just spat non-sense, avoiding the complications.

“Awwww.” The crew let out a synchronized disappointment.

Later on that night, I helped Haewon with her massive plushie. I gave her a new toy, a piggyback ride while she held its hand to prevent it from falling.

“I never thought you'd be quick at getting the hint.” She laughed as we walked.

“Yeah… I never thought that kind of occasion would exist.” We’re talking about the sudden couple roleplay earlier at the coffee shop.

“All of it for this giant plushie— it’s quite heavy,” I grunt as I fix the sliding plushie.

“Just until the shed.” Haewon kept laughing, enjoying my delivery services.

We arrived at the shed and waited for a taxi to come. I felt so battered up, the plushie’s too heavy. I doubt Haewon can bring it by herself.

“You know what? I’ll just accompany you until you’re home.” I told her.

“No, I can manage.” She smiled. Earlier, you already insisted on bringing the plushie all the way to her house; there’s no way she can bring it by herself.

    “But–”

“My dad’s home… he can help me and… I doubt you wanted to meet him.” She didn’t look at me as she happily played with the toy’s hand.

“Ohhh, okay… I guess.” Come to think of it, I don’t want to meet her parents.

Not because we’re hiding something since we’re not a thing anyway, but just to avoid anything unnecessary. I’m the one that their son bullied; I wonder how they’ll take me.

“My dad… my mom… they’re the same as me. They just kept apologizing once they saw you. They… actually really wanted to meet you— they’re full of regrets just as I am.” Haewon had her reasons.

“Sorry about that.” Now, I’m the one who felt really bad.

“No, you know what? Taxi’s here.” Fortunately, Haewon took the conversation more lightly than before.

I put the plushie in the back seat; it barely fit in. Haewon sat in the passenger seat.

    “Bye—”

“Wait.” I rushed to the back of the taxi and took a photo of the plate number.

I remember the last time I called a taxi for her. I just can’t really trust anyone easily,

“Okay, bye!” I went back to her and waved.

“Bye!” Haewon waved goodbye as the taxi disappeared in the middle of the night.

    “...”

“Now, time to go home and enjoy some kimchi—” I excitedly hopped my way to the next bus station. I can’t wait to go home and enjoy some lovely moments with Gaeul—

    Or just as I thought?

    “AHHHH! Hanwoo~”

    “Hmmm, yes, fuck me.”

    “Ahhh– Ahhh– cum! Inside!”

Fuck it, I thought it would be a night full of cuddling and lovely moments, but it’s a night full of fucking! Just right after I came home, she was wearing this sheepish smile. She went to help me undress— but it turns out she’s already stripping me.

We fucked on the sofa while a basketball game was playing in replay, the Rockets just beat the Spurs, then in no time, my rocket spurted thick cum inside her belly.

Then for dinner. She finished her food quickly and suddenly disappeared. Where did the sex demon go? That dinner’s insane, I have a hard time chewing since she’s under the table, sucking my dick like a damn dessert.

Then, while she’s washing the dishes, I fucked her from behind after I received a good scolding from her. She scolded me for taking a break! As my frustration skyrocketed, I slammed my hips into her ass with ruthless aggression. I just DXed her pussy.

Next on the bed, where the rodeo show began. Ride after ride after ride, non-stop dick riding for the sex demon. For compliance, I just kept cumming inside her. I can’t count how many times she shifts positions. She rode my face, my nose, my mouth, my hands, and my dick. I feel like a human amusement park, but more like an abusement park.

The night wasn’t the end, since every morning, I woke up with my dick inside her mouth. She didn’t even bother to wake me up. I bet she wanted me to have sweet dreams while she drank my sweet cum.

She’s wild, and that didn’t change.

    But after all of that.

    I love Gaeul.

“Haaa…” I just got a good sleep the other day, then Gaeul decided to use me the whole night.

Is this her way of punishing me for going out with Haewon— no! She’s the one who let it happen in the first place!

“Water…” I felt so thirsty, all I ever drank last night was her cum and squirt.

“You already had five bottles out! Don’t blame me if you took shelter at the restroom later on.” Chanmin reminded me how much water I already consumed, but still brought me another one.

“Drink~” Gaeul’s sitting at my side, looking at me lovingly.

Of course, she’s happy. She got her pussy fucked all night, and now watching me trying to regain my energy, just to get use again later.

“Stop drinking water, drink this.” A familiar voice spoke and put a bottle of milk in front of me. It’s Haewon.

“Thank you…” I drink it, and it feels refreshing.

“What are you doing here?” Gaeul crossed her arms and legs; she might want to cross Haewon’s body, too, by the way she glared at her.

“I’m the one who should be asking you that. What are you doing here? How long is Ehwa’s break?” Haewon sat on my other side.

“Three more days.” Gaeul picked up a potato chip resting in front of us.

“Three more days— you need more milk.” Haewon tapped my back, as if she were worrying about me.

“Why milk?” Right, I wonder why milk?

“Just you know, for strong bones… that girl seems to be draining you, she might break your bones in no time.” Haewon took a chip as well.

It’s my potato chips, but I don’t have an appetite to eat; all I want is to drink.

“You know… never mind.” It’s embarrassing to admit that Haewon might have a point. The way Gaeul rode and slammed her ass on my hips? Shit’s too good but painful as well.

    “...”

    “....”

“W-w-what? Aren’t you going to eat?” I noticed Haewon just kept staring at me. Well, it’s lunch break, so I doubt my potato chips are enough.

“Well… Just looking at you makes my heart full.” Haewon suddenly states.

    “Kgh–” Chanmin choked up.

    “Aish…” Gaeul almost cursed.

“I—uhhh—kgh–” I’m speechless, and Gaeul just shoved the milk into my mouth.

“Shoo! Go away! Shoo!” Gaeul shooed Haewon away like a pest.

For some reason, Haewon and I shared the same awkwardness that rose yesterday.

“Want more milk? I’ll come get some—” Haewon noticed that the milk was almost empty and stood up—

“No, it’s fine–” I grabbed her hand to stop her.

There it is again, the awkwardness.

    WHAT IS HAPPENNING TO ME!?

“Hanwoo…. H–Hanwo— Yah!” I can hear Chanmin calling my name, but I can’t actually process what the hell he’s saying.

Until I felt a crushing blow to my foot, Chanmin stomped on me to get my full attention.

“AWW! What?” It hurts as fuck.

    Chanmin gestured at Gaeul.

Oh shit, I’m about to experience more pain than Chanmin’s stomp.

    ‘...”

    “Hanwoo,” Gaeul called my name.

Why did it suddenly become hot, like it’s hell— right, I did something that can bring me to hell, holding Haewon’s hand in front of her.

    “G-Gaeul—” I let Haewon’s hand go.

    “...”

I expected something to happen, so I closed my eyes… but there’s nothing; instead, there is silence.

As I opened it up, Haewon, Chanmin, and Gaeul were all looking in the same direction. They’re looking at someone who approached us.

    It’s Seunghoon.

We’re at the open grounds, standing in a full circle. I’m surprised by his sudden appearance, honestly. I’m quite scared. Gaeul’s emotionless face, Haewon’s face was blank, and Chanmin’s was in a fighting stance, ready to fight as he kept telling me to move behind him.

“I’m not here to fight; you’ll squash me up if I ever did,” Seunghoon told Chanmin.

I put a hand on Chanmin’s shoulder, and eventually, he let her fist down.

“What do you want?” Gaeul asked Seunghoon.

“He’s just—” Haewon tried to explain her brother’s intention once again.

“Noona.” Seunghoon took a step forward in front of Gaeul.

“Haewon-ah,” I called Haewon, and I knew she got what I was trying to say just by looking at her eyes. That she should let Seunghoon do his thing.

    “...”

Seunghoon kneeled on his knees, his forehead kissed the dirty ground. It’s not the Seunghoon I know anymore.

    “...”

“I know, I’ve done a lot of things that don’t deserve forgiveness— but I’m really, really sorry. I’m sorry for everything I’ve done to you, Hanwoo, Gaeul, and Chanmin.” Seunghoon lowered his pride and begged for forgiveness.

“We’re really sorry—” Haewon attempted to assist him—

“Apologize to Haewon, too,” I muttered. Haewon deserved an apology at the same time.

Haewon endured so much; everyone knows it. Gaeul deserved an apology, Chanmin deserved some too, and of course, Haewon.

“Hanwoo…” Haewon, why does her voice suddenly get wavy— no, don’t cry!

“Heh~ Boba eyes about to tear up–” Gaeul didn’t let the chance slip by to tease Haewon.

“Hey! No- I’m noOooOt!” Haewon sniffed.

“Hey, get up. I’m fine now. You should apologize to Hanwoo as well.” Gaeul kicked Seunghoon, enough to stumble Seunghoon.

“Ah— yes! Hanwoo, I’m so sorry. As for my apology…” Seunghoon raised his head.

    “...”

As for his apology? What now?

All our ears are on his words…

“Date my sister! You have my full support! Marry her, have kids, and live happily ever after! Even afterlife— ARGHHH!!”

“I’LL SEND YOU TO THE AFTERLIFE!!” Gaeul kicked Seunghoon again; it’s obviously stronger as Seunghoon twisted his body in pain. He just woke up, but he’s also on the verge of a coma once again.

“Omo~ my brother really loves me, what can you say? Hanwoo? Accept his apology~” Haewon winking at me.

Haewon, if you wink once more like that, your eyelids will close forever at rest.

“You told your brother to say it! Right!?” Gaeul is now storming Haewon.

“Of course—- I didn’t,” Haewon answered in a contradicting manner.

    These two… they’ll fight again.

“Hey, are you good?” Chanmin poked Seunghoon, who’s still squirming in pain.

“Yeah… I guess.” He’s having difficulty breathing. Is he dying?

“You should— hey, what are you doing?” Haewon’s confused, Gaeul suddenly pulled her phone out.

    “...”

“Oppa, please beat up Seunghoo—” Gaeul called her brother.

“Aish!” Seunghoon used his remaining strength to stand up and run.

“Yah! Where are you going!?” Haewon shouts at his brother, which instantly disappears.

“Looks like he’s scared as fuck on Gaeul’s brother… that’s what you get if you offer your sister to somebody's boyfriend.” Chanmin chuckled. He really enjoyed watching us, didn't he?

“Let’s go Hanwoo—” Gaeul grabbed my right hand.

“Wait–” Haewon grabbed the left one.

Shit, it's a tug of war once again.

“Should I pull his head?” Chanmin muttered, this is not the right time to joke like that!

“What do you want now?” Gaeul pulled me.

“Let’s settle it.” Haewon pulled me back.

    Shit, they’ll tear me up.

“What’s your idea?” Looks like Gaeul will agree to her terms, but… what will they settle? Me?

“Let Hanwoo date both of us. I’ll take him first.” Haewon tightened her grip on my hand. She’s serious.

“Will that put your spirit at ease?” Gaeul is already treating her like a dead one!

“Yes.” Haewon didn’t mind it, and instead she responded flatly.

    “...”

    “...”

    “...”

“Okay, fine.” Gaeul let my hand go.

“First, coffee shop. Now, date. Are you really fine with this?” Chanmin asked Gaeul, which I also wanted to ask.

“It’s fine, he’s still my guy.” Gaeul smiled at me, she’s… changed.

    “WAHHHHH!!”

    “WHOUGHH—”

The roller coaster ride had me puking, while it’s like an energizer for Haewon.

We’re at Lotte World, and this is the kind of date she wanted. I asked her about romantic trips at Busan, then on Jeju, but she wanted to have fun with me and not those boring trips. Well, she’s having fun for sure.

“HIT IT! YES!” Haewon jumped in happiness when I took down nine cans in just one bullet in an arcade shooting game.

“WOOOWW!!” Her eyes were shining like crystals when the crew gave us the stuffed toy reward. She really loves plushie, and it feels great seeing her genuinely smiling at this time, no more burden, no more apologies.

“Hmmm~ I never thought hot dogs would taste this good!” We’re at a hotdog stand, taking a break from intense rides and arcades. Her cheeks were stuffed, rides really made her hungry, I guess?

“Easy, no one will take it away from you.” I wiped the excess mustard from her lips.

    “Hmmm~ Hmmm~” She happily nods.

We also had some horror games, well, it didn’t scare us, but it shook us. I felt bad when she smacked the crew’s head when it suddenly popped out; it was so strong that the props flew meters away.

We enjoyed it. I never thought I'd ever enjoy a theme park at my age, and with her.

    Come to think of it…

I never had any bad and boring times with Haewon.

    “...”

“Hanwoo,” Haewon called my name. She’s staring at the sunset.

    “Hmm?” I responded.

We’re at the Ferris wheel, currently at the peak. The sunset’s warm ray lighting our gondola through its glass enclosure.

She’s shining, like a pearl, a precious thing in the vast ocean.

“It’s funny, I know I already lost. And yet, I demand to take you on a date. Do you hate me for that?” She kept looking through the sunset.

“No, I’ve never hated you, Haewon.” It’s true, I’ve never hated her, even when she introduced herself as my bully’s sister… I never hated her.

“Really? Thank you…” She responded, not taking her eyes away from the sun, which was minutes away from fully setting.

    “...”

“Thank you for letting me date you, thank you for easing my burden, thank you for telling me it’s okay, thank you for—” She stopped, her tears dropping.

Before she continued, she looked at me.

    She’s smiling.

Her tears are different from the other day, I can feel gladness and… love.

    “Thank you for everything… Hanwoo.”

    “...”

“I’ll gladly accept this loss, well— it’s not technically a loss… I still had memories to cherish! I’m happy, and that’s what's important, right?”

    “...”

“Hanwoo, after this day, I’ll finally let you go. Be nice to Gaeul, she really loves you.”

    “...”

“See that Sun? That’s my love for you, it might probably be setting down, but it won’t disappear. I love you, Hanwoo, and I always will.”

The last rays painted the sky orange. Shadows stretched across the city below as the Ferris wheel stood still at its highest point.

    “...”

I remained silent. I don’t know what to say; there are no words I can think of that can reciprocate everything she said.

I want to thank her as well.

I want to tell her that I’m glad to meet her.

The Ferris wheel ride came to an end. Now, we’re walking side by side, it’s nighttime. We’re ready to take a leave, and call end of this date.

“Hanwoo… can I request something from you?” Hanwoo went in front of me swiftly, and it stopped me in my tracks.

“W-what?” My mind is still in a fog, not knowing what to respond to.

“Can you kiss me?” Haewon leaned in.

    “...”

    “I— uhh–”

“Just kidding.” She laughed, and it made me laugh as well.

    “Haewon-ah…”

“Can I hug you?” Haewon opened her arms. “You know I love plushies, can I hug you just this time? Be my plushie!” Haewon added.

That put a smile on my face, and I stepped forward for a hug.

She felt so tiny and warm, but she’s big at heart and cool as ice on everything she does. She’s strong, and I admire her for that.

“Thank you…” She’s the first one to let go.

“Hanwoo, once again, thank you…” Haewon already thanked me countless times, why is she keeping thanking me—

“We’ll move to the countryside tomorrow. Me, Seunghoon… all of us. We’ll continue our lives there, away from trouble and also reflecting on our mistakes.”

It wasn’t their mistake, and they’re already forgiven… but it’s their decision.

“Haewon…” I held her hand this time.

So she’s leaving? Is that why she’s thanking me non-stop? How about the words that I should’ve told her earlier? I should tell her— right.

“I’m glad to meet you, have fun with you, and be with you.”

    “...”

“Thank you for being there when I’m at my lowest, thank you for… loving me.”

    “....”

“You told me your love is the sun, right? Then be a sun, shine brightly, and be the cause of their happiness, like you gave me happiness… Thank you.”

The night drifts away with a smile, love, and understanding.

I slowly opened my apartment’s door… she should be sleeping— shit, she’s wide awake and watching TV.

    I took careful steps.

“You’re late.” Gaeul sounds like my mom, well, I gladly call her mommy.

    “Sorr–”

“I regret it. I should not have let you date that girl!” There it is, Chanmin and I always ask her if she won’t regret it, and now she does!

“There’s no next time!” Gaeul crossed her arms.

    “...”

I approached her and hugged her.

“W-what are you doing?” Gaeul loosened up and hugged me as well.

“Thank you… for loving me, Gaeul.” I tightened my hug; I always wanted to hug her whenever I wanted to.

“Yes, I love you… But did you do something wrong?” Gaeul is still suspicious.

“No, can you please… stop for now. I just wanted to hug my girlfriend.” I rest my head next to hers.

“Okay.” She scoffed and brushed my back like a baby.

“Haewon… said goodbye,” I muttered, I feel like she should know about it.

    “I know… so that’s why I said there’s no more next time.”

    “...”

    Huh? Does she know?

“Y-y-you know?” I pulled back. Did they talk already? How? When? I thought they always fight; there’s no way they talk without me.

“Yes, that’s why I allowed it when she asked you for a date.” Gaeul really changed… she really is.

“Gaeul…” I called her name before leaning in for a kiss.

“Hanwoo, remember that both of us should date you, right? Now, I don’t need a date… just be with me, tonight, tomorrow, next week, next year—” Gaeul’s words got cut off when my lips sealed her again.

It will be endless, she could’ve just said forever.

    I’ll stay with Gaeul forever.

    “I love you, Gaeul.”

    “I love you, too, Hanwoo.”

    Three years later.

“Hanwoo, don’t forget our movie date tomorrow, dress well, okay?” Gaeul was clinging to my arm as we walked down the stairs of my university.

“Yeah,” I responded with a smile.

The sun’s too bright, I can’t really open my eyes wide.

    “...”

“Looks like you two are still going strong.”

    A voice from behind… a familiar one…

A voice I haven’t heard for three years.

Gaeul and I turned around and found a bobbed-haired girl, smiling like a kid, with her big eyes shining like boba.

"The sun's still bright, isn't it, Hanwoo?"

    “…”

    I smiled.

    "Yeah," I responded.

    "Really bright."

    The End.
