“Annyeonghaseyo! My name is Im Nayeon! And I’m very happy to be part of this project with TDG Agency! Please to meet you all! Shall we begin?”
The beautiful woman’s name is Im Nayeon.
She is currently Miss Universe Korea and a rising pop idol in her own right.
And today, she’s building a new chapter for her career, and TDG Agency is her go-to for a lot of great reasons.
“OMG...Im Nayeon???? She’s...she’s our collaborator?” One staff member surprises herself.
“Oh gosh...she’s so pretty...” One male staff member is drooling over Nayeon.
Nayeon then approaches Jihyo and gives her a big hug, surprising everyone even more.
“Jihyooooooo! How are youuuu? Miss you a lot!”
“Oh my...Nayeon-Unnie, you hugged me very tight!” Jihyo is surprised at Nayeon’s action.
“Nayeon-Unnie?” Sana and Mina surprise themselves too.
“Let me reintroduce to you again, everyone, Miss Im Nayeon is one of my closest friends both in professional and personal life. We’ve known each other since our teenager days, and I’m very glad we can collaborate on this project not just as business clients, but also as a potential future co-owner of TDG Agency,” Jihyo explains, surprising her staff increasingly.
“I’m very happy to work with everyone here! I heard a lot about TDG from Jihyo here yayyy!! As you already know, my tenure as Miss Universe is coming to an end soon in a few months, and my pop star career is in its third year; therefore, I want to rebrand myself as both an idol and an influencer, and I cannot wait to share my visions and to be able to work with such talented teams!” Nayeon exclaims in excitement, then she moves her hand towards the taller woman, dressed in black, whose hands are holding a tiny Pomeranian as she steps forward.
“And this is Yoo Jeongyeon, my manager and probably one of my most trusted persons in the world!”
“Annyeonghaseyo, everyone. My name is Yoo Jeongyeon; you can call me Manager Yoo. I will be Miss Im Nayeon’s close assistant in this project. I hope we can all work together with great prospects.” Jeongyeon introduces herself with a confident voice and bows to the TDG staff.
“And this issssss Kim Dahyun!!! My secretary! She’s so cute, isn’t she?” Nayeon smiles brightly.
“Annyeonghaseyo, everyone, my name is Kim Dahyun; you can call me Secretary Kim. I will be Miss Im Nayeon's personal secretary in this project! I hope we can all work together as well!” Dahyun introduces herself and bows to the TDG staff as well.
“Manager Yoo is also another close friend of mine as well, and I trust her leadership and management career will help guide us to better results. So once again, please welcome them with big rounds of applause.” Jihyo finishes her lines with handclaps, as the rest of the staff do the same as well.
“So, shall we begin with the project I want to introduce? I hope I can explain to the best of my abilities!” Nayeon excites.
“YES, MISS NAYEON!!” Everyone in unison.
An hour later...
“Alright everyone!!!!!! I love you all so much!!!! Everything you’ve been giving me—I love it!!!! And hopefully starting from next week we will see each other even more! I love the environment here, and I can’t wait to see you all again!!! Thank you sooo much!” Nayeon happily bows to everyone and then gives them a bright smile, one that can melt everyone’s heart.
“YES, MISS NAYEON! WE WON’T FAIL YOU!” Everyone in unison again
“Ok everyone, our meeting is over. Have a great weekend, and we will resume everything on Monday. Great work this week so far; I’m very pleased.” Jihyo ends her meeting with a review.
“Thank you for your time, Boss! And thank you, Miss Nayeon, for choosing our studio!” Every staff bows to both ladies.
“Sana and Mina, please escort Miss Nayeon and her staff to the elevator, and set up our dinner for the night. Will that be doable?” Jihyo asks her assistants.
“Haiiii Boss!!!!! The same location as always, Boss?”
“That would be ideal, yes.”
“Of course, Boss! We’re right on it! Anything more you want from us?”
“That would be all, thank you.”
“Thank you for your time, Boss!” The 2 assistants bow to Jihyo.
“Waiitttt Jihyoooo! I want to talk to you a bit in your office! Wait for us, ok, Jeongyeonnie?”
“Fineee, do it quick, Unnie. I’m starving, like seriously, Unnie, I just can’t with you so many times.” Jeongyeon scoffs.
“It won’t be longggg!” Nayeon then drags Jihyo into her office once the staff are leaving the studio.
Inside Jihyo’s office …
“Jihyo, your studio is greater than I thought! I should’ve been here earlier!”
“Thanks, Unnie, I do my best to maintain it; I’m glad you like it.” Jihyo speaks with a softer tone than her usual stern demeanor.
“How are you? I’m so sorry I’ve been so busy for the last few months! All the brand meetings, all the commercial shoots, all the music comebacks! Uggghh, I need more breaks!”
“Well, Unnie, you’re doing very well with that, and I’m very proud of you. I admire your energy out of us three. Come and sit down here. What do you want to talk with me about? Anything important? I’m all ears for you, Unnie.” Jihyo compliments Nayeon with a soft and endearing voice.
“Thank you, Jihyo, you’re always so sweet with me ~~But yes, I want to ask you something hehehe~.” Nayeon then sits down on the sofa next to Jihyo, sipping some water.
“Go ahead, Unnie, I’m listening.”
“I notice something: you’re way less stern than before to your staff.”
“Oh wow, Unnie, you’re...very sharp with that. Yes, I...change up my behaviors and working environments a bit. I want to improve my professional relationship with my employees, so I did the best I could.”
“I see, no wonder your staff could do great work for me! But I also notice something too.”
“Yes, Unnie?”
“I notice the way you and those three boys interacted during our meetings. Something is up, isn’t it, Jihyo? Hehe.”
“Oh...was I...that obvious?”
