The elevator sound rings to everyone, Park Jihyo, the bosswoman of the studio, steps out through the door.
“Good morning, everyone.”
“Good morning boss!” All staffs bow in unison.
“Our deadlines for this week are set, please proceed with the tasks at hand, this week we will have to deliver our results for revisions before we can proceed to the next steps. Team leaders, you already have my notes, please inform Sana or Mina if you have any questions, then divide the works to your team members. All staffs will have a meeting with me today and Friday. I want this week to be another fruitful week. Are there any questions?”
“I have a question boss!” One team leader raises her hand.
“Yes?”
“I heard that we will personally meet the client after the revision. So, will all designs be delivered in both middle of the week and at the end of week so our clients can see the progresses? Or will we deliver all at once at the end of the week?”
“Yes, we will deliver half of our progresses on Wednesday, then the later half will be delivered on Friday. Please note this to all your team members so no one will miss the deadlines.”
“Yes boss!”
“Any more questions?”
“We’re fully understand the tasks boss!”
“Then please proceed to them. I will be in my office, if there’s anything please leave notes to Sana or Mina so they can inform me, and I will look during the day. Thank you.” Jihyo finishes with a calm tone.
“Thank you for your time boss!” Every staff bows again.
“Sana, Mina, come to my office in one hour, I want to lay out some ideas and schedules during the weeks and for the meetings. Bring all my notes with you.”
“Hai Boss!” Sana cheerfully bows.
“Hai boss!” Mina also bows.
As Jihyo walks through the desks of her illustrators, she winks at them, but she also notices something different, but she still walks straight to her office anyway.
Sana, also notices something different, clumsily runs towards the illustrators.
“Eenie, meenie, minie ... Nani? where’s your third clone? Where’s Archie?”
“He takes off for the week, didn’t you get the memo?”
“Ah shit I forgot, he has to be with his parents, right?”
“Yeppppp.”
“Sodesuka … man, it feels weird only seeing two of you …”
“You miss him, Squirrel? Damnnn, didn’t know you have a thing for our boy Archie lol.”
“Bro is lucky hahahaah.”
“Bakaaaaa Aaron & Peter, why the hell do I have to miss that guy ?? The only reason I asked was because he owns me lunch!!!”
“Sana-chan … let’s get back to work ...” Mina shyly drags Sana back to her place.
“Haiii Minari!! You two better do good work!! Bleeeee.” Sana keeps teasing the two.
“Of course we do Squirrel.”
“Btw Minari, you want some coffee? We’re ordering some!”
“Haii! Black coffee please! Arigatou Peter-kun!”
“heyyyyy I want one too!!! Cream coffee!”
“Fine, we’ll get you one, so you’ll leave us alone.”
“Yeyyyyyy!! Arigatouuuuuu!”
“Alright bozo, let’s get to work, we’ll have to cover the works for that goofball Archie too.”
“Yep.”
Fast forward a few days later…
At TDG meeting room
“This week we already achieved our tasks and goals, our client so far is pleased with the results, I’m also impressed with the works from our teams. Well done everyone “ Jihyo is concluding the meeting.
“Thank you, Boss! We made sure our deliveries were in top qualities for you!”
“I’m very pleased. Now we will continue the next step of the tasks, which will be the second part of the designs, I want to make sure this project will be fortified as one of our proudest achievements so it will raise up our reputations. Team leaders, you already have your notes, please proceed to divide the works for your team members at the start of the week. Unfortunately, I won’t be available next week due to my business trips so I will only be back at the end of week, so I put my trust to you. I will still be able to get notifications through mails and through Sana and Mina, if there will be anything please notify them. Thank you and have a great weekend. Excellent work.” Jihyo finishes her speeches with a slight nod and smile.
“Thank you for your time, Boss!” All the staff stand up and bow to Jihyo in unison.
As everyone is leaving, Sana and Mina approach Jihyo to help her with her notes and files.
“Boss, I gathered everything for your trip next week, all files will be zipped onto your Drive, and all schedules will be available for you once you open!” Sana is cleaning up the notes and design sheets while talking to Jihyo.
