STORY TIME: So, I had several encounters with this beautiful Korean woman. She looks like an idol, but she’s not. We had several conversations that made me learn quite a few things about her. During our first encounter, she was wearing a power suit—like, Lady Boss CEO vibes. Another time, she was in a sexy but still corporate look: pinstripe cream trousers and just a matching vest that showcased her *ahem* pits. 🤣 One time, she was in her workout clothes that hugged all the right places. She was always so friendly and had the brightest smile that would just make you melt. I found her Instagram. No, I did not stalk her. Okay, maybe I did for a bit. 🤣 But I never followed her or sent her a message. Maybe I just wasn’t ready yet, yea, cos I caught my ex, who I’d been living with for more than four years, cheating. LOL. TMI. 🤣 Anyway, every time we see each other, we talk, and I always melt when she smiles. This afternoon, I saw her pass by. She gave me that warm smile again, I smiled back, and just gave her a polite bow. I didn’t approach her because walking beside her was a towering, buff Korean dude, their hands intertwined. 🤣 Just like what I wrote in “Like We Used To,” well, it’s a pretty common scenario that might’ve been overused. But I never thought I’d experience something like that in person. 🤣 That being said, if you haven’t yet, please read Like We Used To. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments. That’s it. KBYE. 🤍🤍

You’ve known her for as long as you can remember. She was always there, reaching for your hand whenever you needed someone. Now, those same hands may be entwined with someone else’s. Will yours ever find each other again?
