Just wanted to leave an appreciation post here. This may date me, but SNSD was my first ult group and is the reason why I got into K-pop originally. I don’t think people also appreciate how SONEs also helped kpop grow globally as back in the days before everything got English subtitles, Soshified basically translated/subtitled everything including the TV shows and other shows that SNSD went on and made Kpop more easily accessible. This also helped other groups as this was the time when idols had to go onto TV shows to promote (no youtube specific variety channels) that often had idols from different groups so inevitably lots of groups got exposure from Soshified. Anywho that was it.
