Authour’s POV
Earlier, after ITZY had left the hospital, Aetri sat on a chair and was watching over Y/N. A nurse was taking Y/N’s vitals when she noticed Y/N moving his finger and slowly opening his eyes. This surprised the nurse as she quickly ran out to call for the doctor as Aetri got up to check on Y/N.
“Y/N? Bro! You are finally awake!” Aetri spoke excitedly.
Y/N looked around with his eyes, feeling confused.
“W… where.. Am i…” Y/N asked.
“Look bro. You are in Seoul National University Hospital. Don’t you remember that someone fought you like two days ago?” Aetri answered Y/N.
Aetri then helped Y/N to sit up, as Y/N held his head and asked for water. Aetri quickly poured a cup of water for Y/N and handed it to him. Y/N drank it slowly with his right hand as the doctor and nurses came in to do a check on him.
“Looks like Mr Y/N is ok but we still need him to stay in the hospital for a day more to do more tests,” the doctor explained, leaving once he was done speaking.
Y/N’s POV
Seeing the doctor leave, Aetri told me that my parents were coming to see me and I just nodded my head.
“Seriously man. Lucy visited you for the past two days to check on you. For goodness sake make sure you stop getting yourself into trouble,” Aetri spoke sternly.
I looked at Aetri when he mentioned Yeji’s English name and Aetri just shook his head with disappointment. Before I could say something, my parents suddenly showed up and came to hug me.
“Oh my gosh Y/N! You are ok! Thank goodness!” My mum said, sounding very worried.
“I am sorry to worry you all,” I said in a blunt manner.
Breaking the hug, my mum looked at me with a worried face while my dad gave a disapproving face. I looked away as my mum asked if I travelled to Korea to see Yeji. Hearing Yeji’s name made me look at my mum with shock, telling her not to say her name so loudly.
“What is wrong with saying her name? Is it a taboo here?” She asked.
“No mum but please don’t talk too loudly,” I answered, putting my finger on my lips.
My mum rolled her eyes as I looked around and noticed a girl was looking towards my direction. I was surprised at the girl looking as I looked back at my mum and asked her politely not to mention Yeji’s name again. I turned around again and saw that the girl was standing in front of me, which surprised me.
“Oh gosh! You scared me!” I said.
“Sorry. Are you Y/N L/N?” She asked.
I nodded my head and she started to squeal softly. I was confused at first then asked her how I could help her even though I was the patient.
“Are you in a relationship with Yeji unnie?” the girl asked.
I was surprised by the question and quickly shook my head, explaining that we were just friends. The girl just nodded her head and wished me a speedy recovery. I smiled, thanking the girl as she explained that she was going to the ITZY fan sign later. I nodded my head and told her to have fun which she showed me a thumbs up.
Yeji’s POV
“So… is he ok when you see him?” I asked the fan.
“Yes unnie! I hope you two can be together!” She answered, leaving with a smile.
I just chuckled, waving goodbye to the fan. Soon after, we did some performances while walking around to get up close to the fans. As I went around, I noticed many fans had held up signs showing their support for me and Y/N oppa. Seeing those signs made me feel happy as I smiled more and waved to all the fans that I saw.
