Things That Y/Ns/MCs Do That Piss Me Off Pt 2

Damn…. I did not expect people to like the first blog post. Do y’all want more of these? Lemme know in the comments.

So to all my people who've read a lot of Fake Dating/Friends With Benefits tropes, you know how the love interests who are usually the friends come asking the MCs for help with their breakups. These breakups are usually before their established ex says that "they want space/time away from the relationship", when 10/10 that's not the actual reason why they broke up (I'll talk more about this in a separate post coz I have thoughts). But instead of asking to help them move on, these mfers ask the MC to either be their fake partner in exchange for some sex favours, or they want to know if they're really bad at sex so they can win back their exes.

And when you read this, you just KNOW there's going to be some messy drama coming their way. The MCs knows that this arrangement is and will complicate their friendship but they eventually give in and accept after the friend assures them that nothing will change between them.

SPOILER ALERT. THINGS DO CHANGE BETWEEN THEM AND I HAVE TO SPEND CHAPTERS UPON CHAPTERS UPON CHAPTERS OF THESE IDIOTS BE IN DENIAL AND BEHAVE LIKE JEALOUS PARTNERS EVERTIME THEY SEE THE OTHER GETTING CLOSE TO OTHER PEOPLE ON TOP OF MISCOMMUNICATION AND EGO WARS BETWEEN THESE PEOPLE.

I have gathered and compiled data on two main offenders of this. Let's get into.

1. Jungkook from Mutual Help by personasintro

So Jungkook had been dating his girlfriend, Kiko, for some years, and they were in love. Then out of nowhere, Kiko breaks up with him, talking about "she wants space and time away from the relationship", "she wants to find herself", pretty vague reasons with no proper explanation.

Obviously Jungkook is hurt by this. Like he got dumped and his girl didnt give him a proper explanation. You'd think that Jungkook would do the mature thing, deal with his break up however way he sees fit and move on with his life right?

NOPE.

This mutha fucka thinks it's a good idea to ask Y/N, his best friend, to be his fake girlfriend TO GET HIS EX GIRLFRIEND JEALOUS AND WIN HER BACK.

…. Sir I think we need to fly back to South Korea coz you left yo common sense there. COZ WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?! WHYYYYYYYYYYY?!

Of course Y/N is like: no. That's fucking weird. Why would you want us to Fake date to win yo ex back. Try to win her back like a fucking normal human being with a functioning brain. Tf.

But Y/N is not exactly fully experienced when it comes to sex. Like she's had sex but she's never had the chance to explore coz her ex boyfriends were either too vanilla or they weren't open to experimenting and exploring with her. And she was thinking of having a fuck buddy but she doesn't want to do it someone she doesn't know and trust.

And guess who offers to be the fuck buddy on a silver platter:

Fucking. Jungkook.

Why?

Coz he got more bedroom experience and since they friends and she knows and trusts him. So it's a win win. A Mutual Help if you will.

Y/N does raise questions about how it's going to end up affect their friendship and stuff like that and Jungkook assures her that's not going to happen (yeah sure buddy. Whatever you say)

So they agree and kick start operation Mutual Help. They Fake date. They fuck and Y/N gets to explore and do all kinds of…. spicy activities with her best friend. Jungkook does eventually get back with Kiko only for them to break up again after he found out the real reason why Kiko broke up with him (you'll find out why in the next part).

Obvious the second break up wrecked him emotionally and dude is refusing to go to therapy. Now he's gone back to hooking up with Y/N. They were on a break, but knowing how emotionally attached they are to each other and how codependent they're becoming (yes, Y/N and Jungkook's relationship from my observation is bordering codependency and is slowly becoming toxic if these two mfers don't have a proper conversation and acknowledge that their relationship has changed especially when Jungkook is refusing therapy. And I will not be gaslit into believing otherwise), they're going to get in each other's pants eventually. Like they just proved that they can't focus on being just friends without having sex.

Now in the latest chapter, they had a pregnancy scare because these two idiots decided to go at it RAW (lucky for them, Y/N wasn't pregnant) and THAT'S when they finally realise: oh shit. There are real consequences if we keep doing this shit. We need to put an end to this Mutual Help arrangement, save our friendship, and restore things to how they were before.

Imma say this. personally? I don't see y/n and Jungkook's friendship going back to how it was before, let alone lasting. It would be a miracle if they made it through this distance, broke, and still sustained their friendship.

Secondly, I think it's naive to think they can just stop and sweep everything they've been doing, what they've been through, and how they've felt since this mutual help started under the rug, just like that. No, that's not how it works. You're in denial and dishonest with yourselves.

Third, I respect that these two FINALLY had an honest conversation about the state of their friendship, and y/n finally acknowledged that they can't keep having sex on and off. But WHY did it take them having a pregnancy scare for them to finally see that their mutual help arrangement has and will have consequences? especially when the one friend with a fully rational IQ (Jimin) has asked them: Hey! Won't y'all smashing again put your friendship in danger?

Again, y/n and Jungkook can back out and put a boundary whenever she wants to protect the sanctity of their friendship anytime. But what did you THINK was going to happen, especially when you KNEW it was going to change the dynamic of your friendship and had unprotected sex TWICE? Especially when both of em were always careful before. I do hope Jungkook FINALLY decides to go to therapy to address the Kiko situation coz obviously this pregnancy scare resurfaced some trauma.

At this point, I dunno if I want to keep rooting for these two or just wait for their friendship to die a natural death because of the denial, petty cold war and mental anguish these two put me through for 60 CHAPTERS!

And it would be a miracle if this friendship is going to be salvageable after this.

1. Jimin from His Tutor Girl by ravsisrekt

Jimin, Jimin, Jimin. Where do I even begin with you.

So in this story, Jimin is a university student while also being a k-pop idol. He used to date a girl named Nari, who was a trainee set to debut in girl group.

So why did they break up?

Simple: Because Jimin was bad in bed. I'm not even joking. Sis broke up with him because he couldn't satisfy her in bed.

I remember reading this and was like: girl have you see Park Jimin's hip thrusts performing Baepsae live? There is no way that man is bad in bed. So you're obviously lying.

Spoiler alert: It was a lie. (You'll find out in the next post)

So Jimin meets Y/N, who's his Tutor Girl (eyyy name drop). They get close, Y/N starts catching feelings, and Jimin opens up about his break-up and why Nari broke up with him. You'd think this story is about helping Jimin move on from his ex, coz he deserves better? You'd think he'd go the mature route and move on with his life, coz his ex boo thang chose to throw away their relationship coz his bedroom performance is whack.

NOPE.

This guy straight up asks Y/N: Hey, can you be like a sex tutor and help me figure out what went wrong so I can try to win back his ex?

And obviously, Y/N being Y/N accepts to be his sex tutor despite knowing that she's catching feelings for this guy and knowing that he hasn't moved on from his ex and will get her heart broken coz this guy is still holding on to his ex.

What could possibly go wrong?

• Dude left her under his bed coz he didn't want the members finding out, and PROMISED he'd help sneak her out, but the moment he saw Nari in their dorm, he COMPLETELY forgot that he had a bitch under his bed waiting for him and left the dorm. The members ended up finding her under his bed. And to put the cherry on top, she had no underwear on. Like, imagine how embarrassing and humiliating it was for her being driven back to her dorm by Namjoon, PANTILESS..

• Dude promised to visit Y/N's grandma at the hospital with her. And dude folded like an lawn chair the moment Nari walked in the elevator with him and they both ended up in the back seat of his car raw dogging it.

Honestly, I was surprised that Jimin not showing up to the hospital and was busy going down on Nari in his car wasn't the final straw for Y/N.

It was bad enough that this nigga left y/n under his bed WITH NO UNDERWEAR and just forgot that he got a bitch hiding under his bed the moment his ex boo thang showed up. But missing a hospital visit that HE promised he'd come just coz he had a moment of weakness when he was in close proximity with his ex would have been it for me.

The way I was relieved when Jimin said he didn't love YN towards the end.

But first off, let's talk about that kiss in the chapter "I don't love you" coz dude what the fuck. Haven't you confused and put her through enough of yo bullshit cuh? Only for you to drop "I don't love you."

And I was like, GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE MY BABY GIRL HAS CLOSURE AND CAN MOVE ON.

Look I know he did it because he decided to do what Nari did to him to Yn and lie about not loving her but I honestly don't think he necessarily lied and how he handled it was waaaaaaaay better than how Nari handled it.

I read 27 chapters of this mochi mordecaing his way through this situationship with Yn and Yn kept giving him multiple chances. This bitch made a promise to Vinaye, her best friend, that she was going to be his date for the dance, but chose the dude who was still emotionally entangled with his ex while he was physically entangled with her and her bedsheets to be her date (girl I know the dick is good but it cannot be THAT good that you had to break your promise to your best friend 💀)

And like I said, I was relieved when he said he didn't love her despite it being a lie to push her away, because I would have been pissed if Yn ended up with him after the shit he put her through.

Plus, there was some truth to him saying that he doesn't love her coz no person in love would do what he did to Yn in this gadamn story. He chose Nari over her repeatedly and kept denying himself and not allowing himself to love YN simply because he didn't want to let Nari go. And now look what happened. He lost both women.

And this time, I hope he keeps his feelings to himself and takes that secret to the grave with him, coz she's already happy with someone else. She doesn't NEED to have a "what if" thing hanging over her head while she's with someone who loves her and chooses her.
