Perfect Synergy

On a Friday night, Chaewon decides to go meet with Yuri and her boyfriend.

This idea manifested from Yuri’s boyfriend’s twisted mind.

“Yah, Unnie how are you? Oh yes, let me order a drink. Waiter!” Yuri can’t contain her excitement seeing Chaewon, she starts acting so lively.

Meanwhile Chaewon, she can’t help but take a glance at Yuri’s boyfriend from time to time. Watching him just being such an understanding and caring for Yuri. She wishes she could have someone like that as well.

At some point, Chaewon stares at the man too long, when he looks back, Chaewon just immediately throws away her face, hiding herself from the embarrassment.

After a semi-awkward meal because of how Chaewon starts to feel uneasy being there, essentially a third-wheel, the boyfriend excuses himself to the restroom, leaving Chaewon and Yuri alone.

Yuri begins to ask, although she looks a little nervous, “Unnie, may I ask you a favor?”

Chaewon puts down her drink, leaning forward to get a better hearing, “Yes, what is it?”

“Would you have sex with me and him?”

“HUH!?” Chaewon is shocked hearing those from none other than Yuri. She can’t believe how messed up Yuri has become. Only one conclusion comes to her mind.

“Did he tell you to do it? I am gonna have to teach this guy a lesson-”

Before Chaewon could leave with all the rage she feels, Yuri stops her and holds her hand.

“No! Unnie, it- it is my idea.” Yuri yield.

“What?” shocked by what Chaewon is hearing right now. She can’t believe the pure and shy Yuri turns out to be such a sex-addict woman.

“Unnie, I see how you look at him, and I know you long enough to know your interest.”

Chaewon is stuck in a rock and a hard place now, she doesn’t want to taint Yuri even more than what she has become but at the same time, she also doesn't want to ruin the relationship she has with her, as her basically long and close friend.

“I don’t know, Yuri...I mean it is your boyfriend and we- we have never done that before, are you sure?” Chaewon asks, still having many doubts about herself but she wants to see if Yuri is actually 100% into this.

“Yes, I am sure Unnie.”

“And you are not being forced to do this?”

Yuri shakes her head.

“Hmmh, alright, but I am only doing this because you ask.”

After the exchange, Yuri’s boyfriend came back, and the three of them left using his car back to Yuri’s place.

“Welcome to my apartment, Unnie!” Yuri says excitedly.

“Thanks for having me.”

“Unnie, make yourself comfortable okay! I am going to take a shower first.” Yuri hurries herself and leaves Chaewon and the man alone.

Chaewon opens the conversation, “so, you are the one behind all of this?”

The man does not answer. He does not even look up, but his quiet movement and him setting his drink on the table, making the air in the room thick with anticipation.

“I know you get what I mean.” Chaewon walks toward the man who already sits down on the couch with his phone.

“Answer me! What are you planning to do with Yuri?”

When the man finally looks up at Chaewon, his gaze locks onto her. Not with annoyance, but with a cold and terrifying confidence that makes her speechless. He does not even speak, his eyes convey all the message. He is in control, and Chaewon is in his domain.

“What- what are you doing?”

Before the man could do anything, Yuri comes out of the shower room, “Unnie, I am done! Go freshen up first!”

“Ye- yea! I am coming.” Chaewon slowly backed away from the man. “He is weird.” Chaewon mutters to herself.

After Chaewon finishes her shower, she sits down and goes to talk with Yuri again over a beer while Yuri’s boyfriend takes the shower.

“Is he always like this?”

“Always what, Unnie?”

“Just quiet and doesn’t listen to people when being spoken to.”

“Oh, haha, sorry Unnie, he is like that with new people. He has a very good sense of music and he really likes to read as well.”

For someone who looks like that? Wow that does sound like a nice criteria for a boyfriend.

“Anyway, Unnie, about the thing we talk before-”

“Have you ever done it?”

“No. This would be my first, I guess.”
