Actress Cheon Nayeon has announced her early retirement from acting. The actress had guest starred in The Evening Show with Jackson Wang, revealing that she will no longer renew her contract and will start the new chapter of her life overseas.
“Interesting title,” Dahyun said after reading the magazine article out loud, a smile on her face as she glanced at her wife.
Nayeon sank into her side, resting her head on her shoulder, placing her hand on her thigh. “Magazines like to add a little flare on it, just so that it could sell,” she said, then she looked up, their faces close to each other, like she was asking for another kiss. “But I couldn’t care less. I wish I could tell the world that I’m living my best life with you.”
Dahyun raised a brow, eyes smiling as her heart was beating fast again. “Really now?” she asked teasingly, placing the magazine somewhere away from them and then leaned in closer, caressing Nayeon’s cheek with her finger. “I’d love to hear more, Mrs. Kim.”
Her wife giggled, reaching up to cup her cheek and pulling her in for a kiss.
God, it felt like the first time they kissed.
Magical.
Amazing.
Soft.
Real.
Dahyun reached forward, placing her hands anywhere on Nayeon’s body, pushing her to lie down on the bed as they deepened the kiss. She was on top of her wife, moving her head to accommodate the intensity of the response.
But before Dahyun could do anything, there was a cry from their bedroom and Nayeon pulled away.
“Someone’s awake,” she whispered, fingers trailing on her cheek to her swollen lips. “I’ll go get her.”
Dahyun pulled away and then got up from the sofa. “It’s okay, I got it.”
Nayeon shook her head. “Doyeon loves you, okay? There’s nothing to worry about.”
She huffed, walking towards their daughter’s bedroom. “Yeah, but I’d still want to make sure she feels my love all the time.”
As she was about to walk away, she felt arms wrapping her waist and immediately sank into the embrace. “We love you, don’t worry.”
Dahyun turned around and quickly kissed her wife on the lips again, gently and with as much love as she had given than before. “And I love the both of you too.”

It’s quite nostalgic.
Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I didn’t send that letter to you. Or if you didn’t bother to write back. But to be honest, sometimes I’m glad that I never focus on the what ifs because I really love where we are now.
I love what we went through. Because all of it was worth it now that we're finally together.
I know that you still feel guilty that I gave up my career. But don’t ever blame yourself because it was my choice. I love acting, but to be honest, I love you more. Now we have Doyeon and I feel like the love I thought I could give is more than I imagined. I love our little family. I love waking up to you, I love that when you come home from work, you have a smile on your face because you’re so excited to see us.
We’ve come a long way, haven't we?
That the wishing and wanting and all that was worth it in the end because even without the letters, we still found our way to each other.
Thank you for sacrificing a lot for us as well. None of this would have happened if it weren’t for your efforts as well. That you welcomed me with open arms, accepted all my flaws, who I really was, loving me with everything that you have. You even faced your fears of animals and got me Kookeu. He may not be Bruce, but I love him so much, so thank you. Thank you also for accepting Ari as well, he’s a special gift from me and Momo. At least our house is a little livelier now. Right?
Admit it, you love it so much.

And I’m glad that you chose this. That you chose me. That you allowed me to choose you as well.
I know I’ve said this before, especially during our wedding. But I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you. Now with Doyeon, with Kookeu and Ari. I can’t wait to do more with you, to love you more and to send you more letters.
