I’m also from Korea. Gyeonggi-do to be specific. Where I live is somewhat crowded but is still considered a province. I’m just someone who works at an ordinary nine to five job, I moved here just a couple of weeks ago. Maybe the person you sent the letter to use to live in the same unit as me.
