I shut my car door and let out a long, obnoxious yawn. A long stretch later and a satisfying pop of my joints, and I was good as new. Or, as good as I could be after an hour-long drive. My body ached a little and my vision felt a little blurry, but a little bit of walking and I'd be good as new.
Pushing past my discomfort, I looked around me at Chaewon's college. The buildings were all made of brick, with the occasional trees to add some splash of color. It was a stark contrast to the exciting and bustling environment of my college, the complete opposite actually. I shouldn't judge, though. Chaewon seemed to like it here.
Chaewon's location was pinned right next to a dorm building. There were a few students milling around, but overall the campus felt pretty dead. I sent a text to Chaewon, letting her know that I was waiting outside. I shoved my phone back into my pocket and walked around the grassy lawn.
Hmm, I did like the quiet and peaceful environment. And there was some appeal in the plain and boring buildings, I had to admit. I can understand the appeal of a college like this, the serenity, the peace, the tranquility.
"Hey!" A familiar voice caught my attention and I looked towards the sound of the voice. There, standing on the steps of the dorm building, was Chaewon, a big smile on her face and waving happily at me. Behind her stood Sakura, who shyly waved at me. I nodded my head and started walking towards them.
"Hey, Chaewon," I said as she ran up and wrapped me in a tight hug. The sudden gesture took me by surprise but I recovered and hugged her back. She smelled sweet, and the softness of her body pressed against mine felt nice.
"It's so good to see you again, Minjae," she giggled. She pulled away, and her eyes shone happily. I could never get tired of seeing Chaewon smile. "I asked Sakura to come eat with us, I hope that's okay," Chaewon said, looking over her shoulder at her roommate.

My eyes couldn't help but linger a bit on Sakura. Her body was small and thin. She looked really petite, which was a little surprising, given the size of the college hoodie she wore. The oversized sleeves covered her hands and she pulled them back to reveal her fingers. Her hair was black, and she had a curtain fringe. She was really cute, with big, round eyes.
Although I was under the impression that it'd be the two of us hanging out, having a third wheel on our little get together wasn't such a bad idea. I nodded, "Yeah, of course!"
Chaewon smiled, "I figured you wouldn't mind. Besides, this is also going to be Sakura's first time at this restaurant." Chaewon stepped away from me and moved beside Sakura, hugging her arm and leaning against her. Sakura chuckled, smiled at the gesture and looked at me.
"Hello, Minjae," she greeted me, bowing her head slightly, "I've heard a lot about you from Chaewon. It's nice to finally get to know you and hang out."
"All good things, I hope," I replied, returning the bow, "but it's my pleasure." I smiled at her, and she gave me a small, shy one back. Chaewon looked between us, an excited expression on her face.
"Alright, let's go! I'm driving!" Chaewon said, starting to walk forward, pulling Sakura along with her. I chased after her into the parking lot. Chaewon drove an older, used Toyota sedan, which I remember she had been driving since high school. It was a bit beaten up, and the engine sounded a little rough when she started it up. I had offered to drive us, but she was insistent. And I couldn't find the words to tell her no.
I sat in the backseat, and Sakura and Chaewon took their spots up front. If there was something that changed about Chaewon since our time back in high school, it was her driving which went from safe to downright reckless. I watched in awe as she weaved in between lanes, something past Chaewon used to screech at me about.
My hands were clenched around Sakura's headrest for support as I moved around in the backseat. Sakura turned her head back and looked at me with a sympathetic smile. "You'll get used to it quickly," she assured. Soon enough, we arrived at the restaurant, safely, might I add.
The place looked busy, as to be expected for a popular spot in town, the parking lot was completely packed, and we had to circle a few times before finding an open spot. The three of us filed out of the car and I followed Chaewon and Sakura, who led the way to the entrance.
"It's been a while since I've eaten out," Sakura admitted, pushing a lock of her hair behind her ear. Chaewon had her arm looped around Sakura's and they both looked ahead. As we entered, the smell of fresh fish hit us immediately, and my stomach growled. I looked around, there were a lot of people, which was a little surprising given the small, humble exterior.
A hostess approached us, "Three?"
"Yes, please," Chaewon replied. We followed her to a table near the back of the restaurant. "We'll bring you a few menus, but would you like anything to drink while you wait?"
"Three waters, please," Chaewon said, sitting down in her seat and looking around the place. The hostess nodded and left. I took the spot across from Chaewon, and Sakura sat next to her. As I settled into my seat, Chaewon was already engrossed with the menu. Her eyes scanned the words carefully, her lips silently moving as she read over them.
I picked up the menu and scanned the first page. Written across the top was, "All You Can Eat - $34.99" in large bold print. Chaewon slapped her finger onto my menu, "Look at everything you can order. You can get all this sashimi, or all these rolls, and at the bottom they even have appetizers, like tempura, edamame, and gyoza."
"Oh, man. That does sound pretty great," I commented. Sakura had her nose buried in the menu, a deep frown on her face, "Ah, there's a lot to choose from, Chaewon."
"I think we can just start by getting about 10 pieces of each fish, it'll all come out on a large plate and we can share it," Chaewon suggested. "If you like a certain fish, we can always order more. We have 2 hours to eat at the table. That's plenty of time to order."
Sakura and I looked over at each other and silently agreed to let Chaewon take the wheel and order for us. Our hostess had come back with three cups and a pitcher of water, which she poured into our glasses. Chaewon leaned forward, placing our order to the hostess by using her finger to point at every item.
"That's quite the order, are you sure you three will be able to eat all of that?" Our hostess joked with us, smiling politely. Sakura laughed and chimed in, "Oh, she could eat it all by herself if she wanted."
Our hostess laughed, writing everything down, "Of course. I'll be back shortly with your food." She bowed her head and left. Chaewon was still looking through the menu, even though she already ordered. I guess it wouldn't hurt to look a bit more, but my stomach was already growling for a taste.
"So, uh, Chaewon told me a bit about you," Sakura spoke up, her fingers lightly tapping against her glass. "She told me you play a little bit of volleyball."
"Uh, yeah," I nodded, taking a sip of water, "I got into playing about a year ago. Are you into volleyball, too?"
"Oh, not particularly. I'm not super active or anything. But I love to watch it," Sakura said, looking up at me with her big brown eyes. "I mainly keep up with the Japanese national team."
"I love the Japanese team, their team synergy is crazy good," I commented. Sakura's face lit up and a smile spread on her face. I could tell we were both on the same wavelength. Before I let the conversation die down, I threw in, "So, were you born here or were you born in Japan?"
"No, no," she shook her head, her curtain bangs swaying slightly. "I was born and raised in Japan, but when I was young my family moved to Korea. We've been here ever since but it's been a while since I visited back home, it'd be nice to go again someday."
"Can you still speak Japanese though?" I asked.
"That's a stupid question, Minjae," Chaewon scoffed, finally joining the conversation. She rested her cheek on her hand and looked at Sakura, "She only ever uses it to talk shit about me to my face, but I know what she means."
"Oh, shush. I'd never do that," Sakura replied, leaning into Chaewon and resting her hand on her shoulder. She looked back at me, "But yeah, I can still speak Japanese fluently."
"That's cool. Your Korean sounds fluent to me, I don't hear that much of an accent," I noted, nodding. Sakura shyly bounced her head and thanked me, "Thank you, it was really difficult in the beginning but once I got the hang of it, it became a lot easier," Sakura explained.
"I remember you used to slip up every once in a while back in high school, it was really funny. Look at you now, though. Speaking like a pro," Chaewon added. She nudged Sakura with her shoulder and the girl let out a giggle.
I saw the two of them light up, their attention turning up behind me. I craned my neck and saw our server bringing over our food. A large, wooden plate was placed in front of us, beautifully lined with sliced raw fish and other vegetables. My mouth was watering at the sight and the fresh scent wafted in the air.
"This looks so good," Sakura gasped, eyeing the plate hungrily. All at the same time, we reached forward and took a piece off from the plate. We ate it silently and hummed in delight at the fresh, sweet taste of the different fishes.
"This one is yellowtail?" Sakura pointed with her chopsticks at the fish, "It's so good!" Chaewon looked happy with herself, and she nodded, "This place has the best fish, I swear."
"Yeah, I'm really into the scallop," I mentioned, leaning over for another piece. The three of us took a moment to enjoy the variety of fish on the plate before Chaewon leaned back and took a sip of her water. She looked over at me, her eyes sparkling as she set her cup down, "Do you like it here, Minjae?"
I shook my head and looked at her, "I love it. Everything's great." Chaewon looked genuinely happy to hear that.
"It reminds me of the time we went out to that one restaurant, you remember? You vomited in the parking lot," she recalled. I groaned, rolling my eyes, and Sakura giggled, covering her mouth with her sleeve, "Gross, what happened?"
I leaned back and covered my face with my hands, "It was this restaurant that was all-you-can-eat as well, but they had this little rule where if you had extra food leftover, they would charge extra. So instead of paying like, what, it was an extra $5 per roll?" I looked to Chaewon for confirmation.
"Yeah, or maybe a little bit more, but around that. We had about two or three extra orders of sushi left so it was an extra $15," she recounted.
"This is the time when we weren't big on money yet. So, I had to force myself to eat all of it so we wouldn't pay the extra fee. By the time we were done and outside, I just let loose," I shrugged, chuckling. Sakura couldn't hold in her laughter, and she was hunched over, covering her mouth as she giggled, "Oh, no."
"It was bad. Even though he drove, I had to take us home because he kept complaining about his stomachache," Chaewon said, shaking her head. Sakura was still laughing, covering her mouth with her sleeves and leaning back against the booth. "God, that sounds terrible."
I laughed along with her, shrugging my shoulders. Chaewon leaned her chin onto her hand and looked up at me with a warm smile. We made eye contact and it felt as if she was staring deep into my soul, her eyes twinkled happily. "Those were the good old days."
I smiled and looked at her. Even in the dim lighting of the restaurant, she still looked radiant, as if she was glowing. She had a certain charm that she exuded that could pull you right in. I had missed seeing her for the past couple of years, and like I've been saying, being with her again and hanging out just felt natural.
"You know, that reminds me of a time Chaewon made our friends miss out on a party because she got too excited and threw up," Sakura shared. She reached forward and grabbed another slice of yellowtail. Chaewon's cheeks reddened, and she gasped, "Oh, don't tell that story, please."
"No, go ahead, I want to hear this story," I encouraged. Chaewon gave me a teasing look, her eyebrows raised and her eyes narrow. I couldn't help but laugh, she was cute.
Sakura laughed, covering her mouth as she chewed. She cleared her throat and began, "This happened last year, me and our friends happened to get invited to our first college party. We were so excited, I mean, our first college party!" I nodded along, understanding where the excitement was coming from.
"Anyway, the day comes, and we all get ready, we're all wearing our nicest outfits. We had decided that we would have a little pregame before we left since we didn't like the idea of drinking at someone else's house. So we were all getting pretty buzzed, but Chaewon must've been really excited to party because she took way more shots than any of us," Sakura recounted.
I had to laugh at the story, already predicting the ending. Chaewon bit her bottom lip, slightly amused at the memory, too.
"Before we knew it, she was just throwing up in her bathroom, and the rest of us didn't really feel like going and leaving Chaewon behind, so we stayed back to look over her," Sakura ended, looking back at Chaewon who was giving her a defeated look.
"Ugh, I still feel bad. I ruined your night," Chaewon pouted, slouching back against the seat and looking between Sakura and me. I chuckled, waving her off, "Don't worry, Chaewon. That story was really funny."
"Yeah, yeah," she muttered, rolling her eyes and reaching forward for a slice of mackerel. As the three of us ate, our server came by and asked how the meal was. We threw some extra orders of food since we still weren't full and felt we didn't make our money's worth yet. Before we knew it, two hours had flown by as we ate and talked amongst ourselves. Mostly Sakura and I did the talking while we shared stories, as Chaewon ate, and listened, her mouth filled.
"Once she sneaked a picture of the exam, she sent it to the group chat. She saved our asses from the final exam, and the professor never suspected a thing," Sakura shared, recounting another one of Chaewon's stories, laughing and clapping her hands. I looked over at Chaewon who was spectating our conversation with a small smile on her face.
"Is this your way of embarrassing me? Telling all of these stories about me," she spoke up, leaning forward. I looked back at her and shrugged my shoulders, "I'm just enjoying learning about all these little stories that I've missed in the past few years. It's interesting."
"I didn't get to hear about any of your stories. This is an unfair one-sided conversation," Chaewon responded, her lips turning into a grin. I nodded, looking back at her with a smirk, "Sure, sure. We'll have to sit down and talk about me, sometime."
"That'd be fun," she responded, her voice trailing off. She sat back in her seat, her hands resting in her lap, "I think I'm finished eating." Sakura had stopped a while ago, and I wasn't far behind, either. Perfectly timed, our server came by the table and left the check, thanking us and saying to call her back over when we were done.
I reached forward for the check and picked it up, but was immediately bombarded with Chaewon's protests. She quickly reached over and tugged on the check, pulling it back in her direction.
"No, Minjae. No. Let me pay," she said sternly. I shook my head and tried to pull it away but she kept a tight grip on it. "No, it's fine, I'll get it." Chaewon frowned and gave me a hard glare, "No, no, no, no. I invited you. I should be paying." She reached down with her other hand and picked up a balled up napkin, throwing it and hitting me square in the nose. Sensing her determination, I had no choice but to surrender the check, "Fine."
"Thank you," she nodded, giving me a sweet smile before setting the check down. She pulled out her wallet and opened it up, pulling out her credit card and placing it on top. Once our server came back, she took the check and thanked us again, taking the credit card and heading towards the register.
Chaewon scooted back in her seat, standing up while brushing off her clothes, "I'm going to go to the bathroom before we leave, get my credit card for me if she comes back." I nodded, watching as she disappeared down the hall. It was just me and Sakura sitting at the table. She was quiet for a moment, but then spoke up, "I think you made Chaewon really happy coming up here today."
It felt really out of nowhere, well, probably because it was out of nowhere. I didn't quite expect her to say something like that, but I didn't know how to respond. It was an awkward compliment, and I wasn't sure what she was getting at. All I could respond with was an uncomfortable, "Oh, thank you."
"Sorry, was that too blunt?" she apologized, her head lowered and her eyes averted. She played with the rings on her fingers, and I could see a bit of redness on her face.
"Oh, uh, no, not at all. It's just unexpected," I admitted. Sakura nodded to herself, "Well, Chaewon just seems like she's really happy now that you're around."
I nodded, "Yeah, it's been a while. We were close." Sakura didn't respond to me. Her head was tilted downwards, and I couldn't see her face. I had to admit, I reciprocate the feelings. It's only been a short amount of time spent together, but I was happy. I couldn't explain the feeling of joy I got from being able to talk and joke around with her again. I think I really did miss her greatly.
Those years I spent not thinking about her couldn't compare to the short time I've had with her recently. I wanted more, and I hoped it wasn't selfish of me to pursue this further. Sakura finally lifted her head, looking back at me and giving me a smile. There was an awkward tension in the air, but the conversation was cut off as the server was returning with the credit card.
At the same time, Chaewon came back from the bathroom, "Are we ready to go?" she asked, looking around the table. Sakura and I dismissed the sudden tension and agreed to head out. The three of us exited the restaurant, thanking the staff for their service before walking back to the car. The sun had gone down, the street lights and neon signs lit the dark sidewalks and streets.
I sat in the back seat again as the two girls sat in the front. They were chatting happily as we drove, and the ride was relatively silent from me as I sat back and listened. I somewhat dreaded the hour drive back home, but the thought of spending this time with Chaewon didn't make it seem too bad.
Eventually, the familiar area of their university's campus came into view. As they got closer, they pointed out different buildings and restaurants that they went to on a regular basis. The campus tour was short-lived when we finally parked in the parking lot near their dorms. The three of us exited the car, and Chaewon looked towards Sakura who was climbing out of the passenger's side.
"I'm going to walk Minjae to his car, I'll see you up there," Chaewon said, gesturing her head towards the dorm building. Sakura looked between the two of us and nodded, "Okay. It was really nice to meet you, Minjae! Drive safe home!" she exclaimed.
"It was really nice to meet you, too. Thank you for the stories," I responded. I waved at her as she walked away and entered the dorm building. Chaewon and I turned back towards the parking lot and headed in the direction of my car.
"Thank you for coming out today, Minjae. We should hang out again and have another catch-up," Chaewon mentioned. I nodded, shoving my hands into my pockets and playing with my car keys, "Of course, it was fun. You can tell I learned a lot of things today," I chuckled.
Chaewon playfully sighed, shaking her head, "They were not my finest moments. Sakura loves to pick the worst ones to share." She whipped her head towards me and accusingly pointed a finger at me, "You're no better either, Sakura didn't need to know about the library story."
I couldn't help but laugh, shaking my head and shrugging my shoulders, "What can I say, I think they were some of your best moments." Chaewon didn't respond. She smiled, her teeth showing as she chuckled and turned her head away from me, "You know I'm going to get back at you for that. I'm going to talk to Sakura all night about you and your 'best' moments." Her fingers curled and made quotation marks in the air.
"Yeah, you go on and do that. See if I care," I shrugged, feigning indifference. We eventually arrived at my car, and the conversation seemed to have died down. I leaned against the hood of my car and looked back at Chaewon. Her eyes were glued to my car, a soft smile on her face.
"You still drive this thing, huh," she reached out, running her hand against the hood. She chuckled, a reminiscent look on her face, "Do you mind if I sit inside? I just want to relive the past for a bit."
I shook my head and stood back up. I unlocked the car and opened the door, the light inside automatically turning on. "Be careful," I warned, holding the door open for her. She smiled at me before bending over and getting inside. I walked around and sat in the driver's side to start up the car, the car engine roaring to life. The dashboard lit up and music began playing from the radio.
I leaned back against the seat and glanced over at Chaewon, watching her look around the interior of the car, a small smile on her face. "This takes me back, Minjae. This car," she sighed, a nostalgic look in her eyes.
I chuckled, "Yeah, no, definitely. We went and did a lot of stuff with this car." Chaewon looked back at me and giggled. She rested her hand on the armrest and leaned back against the seat, looking through me. We both just sat there in the dark, the light from the street lights barely reaching into the car.
Her eyes were sparkling, reflecting the city lights. They were looking back at me, the softest and sweetest gaze I've ever seen. My heartbeat quickened, and it was beating loudly in my ears. I was mesmerized by her.
"You remember the first time we went bowling, and you almost got into that accident on the way there?" she asked. Her voice was soft and smooth, a comforting and familiar tone that put me at ease.
I laughed, looking down at the steering wheel, "God, yeah, and you were literally grabbing the hell out of the door handle until we arrived and when we left to go home." Chaewon shook her head, a chuckle escaping her lips, "Yeah, and the whole time I was screaming at you, and you were just trying to calm me down."
"Yeah, that was hilarious," I replied. My voice had suddenly softened, a smile spreading across my lips as I reminisced. Chaewon didn't say anything else, she only sat back, looking back at me with a fond smile on her face. It was a gut feeling but I knew there was something she wanted to say, something was floating around in her mind.
"Minjae," Chaewon suddenly called out. I was already looking at her, so when she called my name, our eyes were already meeting. I could feel her gaze seeping into me, sending goosebumps across my skin. Her lips parted and closed, as if she were mulling over what she wanted to say next.
"I missed you," she confessed. I stopped myself from saying "I know" after hearing the same thing not even 24 hours ago. This felt different than the late night, sleep-induced confession. There was no denying it anymore, she was telling me this, clear and awake.
"Yeah, I can tell," I smirked, feeling a little playful. She scoffed, breaking into a dumb grin and shoving my arm, "I'm being serious, asshole." I let out a breathless chuckle and turned my body towards her.
"I'm just teasing," I replied. I took in a deep breath and exhaled, looking back at her and responding, "I missed you, too." Her lips curved into a small smile, and she nodded to herself. Chaewon leaned back against the headrest, and her gaze was casted downwards, as if she were looking at her own lap.
"I think taking a trip down memory lane has just reminded me of a lot of things that I've missed. A lot of things about you," she softly laughed. I nodded slowly, understanding the sentiment, "Yeah, same. Being around you just brings a lot of feelings back."
Chaewon awkwardly coughed, looking away from me and nodding. I think bringing up the topic of feelings had caused the conversation to take a halt. To my surprise, I felt her hand inch up onto my forearm, her fingers gently wrapping around my wrist. For a moment, I felt our difference in temperature, the coolness of her hand sending goosebumps across my arms.
"I don't know why I'm even saying all of this, I feel like I'm just rambling. I'm just really happy right now," she softly giggled. She had turned her head to look at me, the sweet smile still plastered on her face. "I don't want to leave you again."
I didn't quite know what to say, so I could only nod. Her confession had stunned me, and I felt the blood rush to my face. My heart was thumping wildly, and I couldn't form any words. Chaewon didn't take notice of my sudden silence, and continued, "I'm going to make sure that this isn't the last time that we see each other, by the way."
My head shot up and I looked at her, the same smile was still on her face. "Oh yeah?" I chuckled. I watched as her grip on my wrist loosened, and she ran her thumb down until her hand laced themselves with my fingers. Chaewon nodded, her head still resting against the headrest, "Of course, this time I'm not letting you go that easily. You're not going anywhere."
I couldn't help the small grin that had spread across my face. There was something about the way she was saying it that had me excited, like the two of us were the only people that existed in the world. It felt like it was the two of us, sitting in this car, and the world outside had no bearing on the conversation.
Eventually, the atmosphere inside the car had quieted down. Chaewon pulled her hand out of mine, "Well, I'm sure that Sakura's wondering where I am. And you have a drive home to take. I should probably get going." I nodded, looking away from her and staring at the empty parking space in front of me.
"Right, okay," I responded. I was hesitant to say goodbye, but it was time to leave. It wasn't a permanent goodbye, but there was an aching feeling inside me. It was like the night had just begun, and I wanted it to continue, forever. Chaewon opened the door, and climbed out, her feet touching the ground. She turned back and smiled at me, "Bye, Minjae. Have a safe drive."
"Yeah, you, too. Tell Sakura I said goodbye," I nodded. She swung the door closed, but caught it and held it open a crack, "Text me when you get home? Facetime?"
"Oh, of course," I reassured her.
"Alright, yeah, good, bye, get home safe," she replied. The door was then shut, and I watched as Chaewon began walking back to the dorm. I held my eyes on her until she eventually disappeared out of sight. Once she was gone, I let out a deep sigh. It was such a short time with her, but I felt like we've reconnected in ways we couldn't have imagined.
I felt like I should've clarified but I think the both of us already knew what was happening. We were falling in love with each other all over again.

I fiddled with the app on my phone before definitively pressing the "Power On" button on the rudimentary app I coded in a couple of hours. My phone got the notification that said, "Card Cloner - On", letting me know that underneath the cover of the hollowed out textbook on my desk, my cloner was operational.
At first glance, you probably couldn't tell that the book had been modified. I just used one of my old textbooks and carved a hole into the pages to house the tech. Sure, look close enough and you can see some amateur glue seeping out from in between some of the pages but regardless, the faux textbook worked perfectly.
It had a battery life of an hour and a half since I was also using an old battery pack I had since high school, so it wasn't a very long window, but as long as I don't keep it on, I can tote it around for a bit before needing to recharge. Other than that, I had everything done. I worked on this in my free time, even rushing home after my last class today just to put some final touches and run some final tests.
I had everything I needed, except for the final piece of the puzzle: a student ID to use it on. And from what can only be a divine intervention, my phone vibrated in my hand, showing me a new message from Park Joy:
Joy
minjaeee can you do me a big favor??
I gave her message a quick read, and responded:
sure, what's up?
She read my message but took a few seconds to respond. The bubble popped up and disappeared a few times, showing that she was typing and erasing the message:
Joy
xiaoting asked if you still have your notes from last year's chem class?
she doesn't have hers, and jennies taking the class rn
jennie was wondering if she could use your notes to study for their upcoming finals?
I looked around my room, dropping to the floor and searched through my desk drawers. After a few seconds, I found the notebook I kept and texted her back:
i have it here, is she able to come and get it?
Joy
nooo we're at the art building rn. they're working on their submission for their fashion finals
ill it be possible for you to drop it off plsss
I looked back at the fake textbook and thought to myself. If I played some cards right, I might just be able to use my little invention for its first time out on the field:
yep, i can come now.
Joy
OMG thank youu!!!!!
yeah, no problem. where's their studio at?
Joy
thankssss!!!
it's room 218 in the fashion department, near the stairwell at the end of the 2nd floor hallway
we're in there rn, so if you have the chance to drop it off, just knock!
thank you so much minjae :))
I sighed, running my fingers through my hair before snatching my bookbag off from my bed. I shoved the notebook into my backpack and reached for the textbook. With the cloning machine inside, I slid the textbook inside and zipped the bag up. With my backpack slung over my shoulder, I left my room and booked it out of my dorm with a brisk step.
There wasn't really much time for me to waste. I've been planning to go and make use of my machine. The only thing is, I don't exactly know who to use it on. There was no point in trying it on Joy, she lived off campus so her ID wouldn't open any doors for me. My only choices lied with the fashion duo: Jennie and Xiaoting. In a perfect world, I would want to get both of their IDs but realistically, I probably only have a chance to clone one of their IDs.
When I got there, I needed to play it casual, like I wasn't there for ulterior motives. I needed to remind myself that being suspicious does nothing but look bad on me. Cool as a cucumber, if possible.
I've never been inside the art building. I've only ever passed it up on my way to classes and that was really the only time I was ever near the area. After a rather quick jog from the dorm, I arrived at the art building, a bit out of breath, but nonetheless, there. From there, I took my time finding my way through the halls.
This building was massive. It wasn't the same as the science buildings, no, this place was big. The ceilings were high and the corridors were wide, which I guess made sense because I assumed that they needed more space for bigger projects. There was also the occasional person or small group of students that roamed the halls, talking about whatever and doing stuff that was related to art or fashion, I suppose.
I walked by the open studios and glanced into a few. They had these windows on the doors that allowed me to peek inside. The people there seemed pretty into their projects, their concentration fully devoted to whatever it is they were working on. I was a little bit fascinated.
The fashion design studio was on the 2nd floor, so I had to walk up the stairs to get to their studio. The stairs were tucked in a little nook, with a window overlooking the courtyard in front of the building. When I rounded the corner, I spotted the door to room 218. The window on the door had been blocked out, but I could hear the faint sound of music playing from inside.
I stopped in front of the door, my hand on the handle and turned it. I stepped in, and the girls hadn't noticed. The music was playing loudly and the girls were engrossed in their work, heads down and designing while talking loudly among themselves.
Xiaoting was the first one to look up. When she saw me, a big smile spread across her face. "Oh, hey, Minjae!" She greeted me. Jennie lifted her head from the mannequin she was working on, her eyes scanning the room until they landed on me. "Hey Minjae!" Joy, who was in the back of the room, waved me down, "Thanks for coming, Minjae! I hope I didn't bother you."
"Oh, not at all," I shook my head. I walked over towards the girls and admired the mess of fabric, scissors, and tape around them. Xiaoting and Jennie had their mannequins set up and they were in the process of constructing a garment for their final. I didn't know what they were making, but they seemed hard at work.
"We're so glad you came," Xiaoting sighed, looking back at me, "I threw out my old notes as soon as we were done with chem, but I didn't think to keep them in case someone needed it."
"Yeah, it would've been nice," Jennie added, giving her friend a mocking side eye.
"Luckily, Xiaoting and I remembered you took chemistry with her last year so we figured we would ask you," Joy smiled. She had moved some of her stuff over, allowing me a seat on the table, "We really appreciate it, really."
"It's not a problem at all," I chuckled, "You're welcome to borrow it." I pushed some fabric over, clearing the space for me to sit next to Joy. "This stuff looks dope, by the way," I added.
"Dope is a great word for it," Jennie grinned. "Do you want to see our concepts?" Xiaoting asked. Before I could respond, she had already run over towards a desk and picked up her sketchbook. She flipped the book open and showed it to me, showing the pages filled with beautiful sketches of different outfits and concepts.
"Woah, that's sick," I smiled, flipping through the book. Her designs were beautiful, and there were even some notes that she wrote, explaining her vision for each design. She seemed super into fashion and it showed, her eyes glimmering in pride and excitement.
"Designing's the fun part, but actually having to construct it is the real struggle," Jennie chuckled, gesturing to her half-finished piece.
"True, but once the fashion show happens, all of our work will pay off," Xiaoting added. "We're actually pretty excited, and a bit nervous," she explained.
"Yeah, it's the first fashion show that we're gonna participate in," Jennie grinned, she turned in her chair to look at Joy, "And all thanks to Joy for helping us out."
"Aww," Joy blushed, waving her hand, "Stop it."
Xiaoting sat her book back down, "Please, you're the perfect model. Your body is fucking unreal."
"Right?" Jennie exclaimed. She leaned forward, propping her elbows on her knees, "Joy, girl, how have you not been scouted for modeling yet?"
"Ah, you two, stop it," Joy giggled, playfully swatting at them. "We're just saying, you have an amazing figure," Jennie replied.
"And a face to match, too," Xiaoting added. "You've literally got the dream body. You're the perfect package," Jennie smiled. Joy covered her face and looked away, her ears red from embarrassment, "Okay, okay. You guys are killing me."
I couldn't help but smile, seeing her all shy like that was quite adorable. I could tell she wasn't used to being praised like this, but Xiaoting and Jennie seemed determined to shower her with compliments.
"Anyways, what should I do with my notebook?" I brought up. Xiaoting looked at me and pointed, "You can just put it next to our bags. Actually, can you put my sketchbook into my backpack while you're at it? It's the dark purple one." I looked at the other end of the room, where two bags were lying together on top of a table.
"Yeah, of course," I slid off the table and picked up Xiaoting's sketchbook. As I made my way over to the bags, the three girls started up their conversation again. When I arrived at the table, I could see their bags. Xiaoting's bag was the one she mentioned, the purple one with a bunch of patches on it. It was a really nice bag, one befitting an influencer like Xiaoting.
Next to her bag was Jennie's. Hers was a simple white and pink bag with a single charm attached to the zipper. As I stood there, holding the sketchbook, an idea popped into my mind. With my back to them, I tried to cover their bags from view and dropped my backpack next to me. I took my notebook out from my bag, leaving it next to Jennie's backpack.
With delicate fingers, I unzipped Xiaoting's bookbag and placed the sketchbook inside. I craned my neck quickly, seeing the three of them chatting away. My hands fumbled for the fake textbook and took it out of my bag. Setting it down in front of me, I started sifting through Xiaoting's bag.
She had a bunch of folders, pens, and papers inside, a mess of her personal life. At the very bottom, crammed in between two binders, was a white plastic card with Xiaoting's picture and information. Her student ID.
My heart was beating fast and hard in my chest, I felt the excitement build up inside of me. This was it. This was my opportunity. Holding her ID in my left hand, I pulled my phone out and opened the app for my cloner. Powering it on, I pressed Xiaoting's ID against the cover of my textbook. In a short moment, my phone got a notification that said, "Card successfully copied. Awaiting a blank card."
I immediately threw Xiaoting's ID back into her bag and zipped it up. The three girls were still going on about the fashion show, talking about their pieces and who would be their audience. I grabbed my fake textbook, holding it tightly to my chest and turned to the three of them.
"Alright, I'll see you guys around," I told them. Xiaoting and Jennie waved at me, "See you, Minjae." "Thanks again," Joy called out, her attention on her friends. I left the studio and closed the door behind me. I could feel my heartbeat pounding in my chest.
"Yes!" I whispered under my breath. I couldn't believe that worked. Shen Xiaoting's student ID was now mine. Before I could forget, I shuffled through my bag, finding a few blank cards I kept in a smaller pocket inside. I picked one and slapped it against the cover of my textbook, feeling my phone vibrate with a new notification that said, "Card successfully cloned."
They didn't suspect a thing. I had the fake ID in my hand and the original ID was back inside of her backpack. They'd have no idea. A smile crept up on my lips, feeling giddy about this successful heist. I had gotten a copy of Xiaoting’s ID. Now, it was time for the fun part. A feature I had with my app was the ability to open the information that a scanned card carried. I scrolled through the list of scanned cards, skipping past my previous tests until I found the most recent entry.
There, I had Xiaoting's name, her unique identification value, and the more important piece of information, her dorm building and number. She was actually living on campus, not what I expected but perfect. Her dorm building resided in the Student Village, but not my building. She was staying in one of the girls-only dorms near Nakyung's side of the Village, which made sense to me.
With my fake ID in hand, I made my way back to the Village, excited to finally use this damn thing. My feet pounded the pavement, feeling like time was running out. I wanted as much time as possible before Xiaoting ended up coming back to her dorm. If she ended up coming home early, I'd be screwed.
My legs burned from all the walking and running but when I turned the corner to the Village, I could see the familiar buildings come into view. I passed by my own dorm building and walked through the small walkway to the girls' dorms. There were three buildings, one on each side, with an outdoor common area in between.
I went through the door and stepped inside the foyer. On my left was the elevators and stairwell. In the center was the lobby with the check-in desk and mailboxes. Of course, it was very similar to the mixed-gender dorms, not much difference aside from the obvious gender separation.
I took the elevator up to the level I would find Xiaoting's dorm on. When the doors opened, I was faced with a hallway leading down to the left. Feeling my heart about to jump out of my chest, I started my walk towards the other end of the hall, following the numbers until I stopped in front of room 303.
Taking a deep breath, I slipped my new ID card inside the card reader. In a second, the light blinked green and I heard a faint click, the sound of the door unlocking. It. Worked. It worked, holy shit. The excitement was bubbling in my chest and the urge to shout with joy was overwhelming. I exhaled a drawn out sigh, shaking with adrenaline.
I opened the door and stepped inside, shutting it quietly behind me.
I couldn't believe that I actually did it. But, here I was, standing in the middle of Xiaoting's dorm. The layout was the same as every other dorm, one small living room and two doors leading into bedrooms. Unlike my dorm, Xiaoting and her roommate decorated the front of their bedroom doors.
The right door had a cute poster with flowers and a big letter "Y". The left had a black and white aesthetic, the letter "X" and a few stickers stuck onto the wood. There were a couple pairs of shoes by the door, each looking very expensive and fancy. Of course, I felt myself gravitating towards Xiaoting's door.
I tried the door handle, turning it slowly. Even if I was alone in the dorm, I couldn't help but keep quiet. My heartbeat was loud in my ears, my nerves on edge. The door was unlocked, and I pushed the door open. All over her room, there were various articles of clothing strewn about, making a mess.
It wasn't like how I imagined Xiaoting's room would be, and a smile appeared on my face. I liked it better, knowing even a girl who was very into her appearance couldn't help but make a mess as well. Her bed was unmade, a pile of pillows on the headrest. A big cork board was mounted to the wall above her desk, pictures of her and her friends. Her nightstand was covered in makeup products, a couple lipstick tubes lying among the chaos.
It smelled good in here, too, a sweet aroma filling the air. I could smell the scent coming from the diffuser, the warm air blowing out and into the room. "So, Xiaoting," I whispered, my voice barely audible. Her closet was one to marvel at, her clothes arranged by color and type. I could see her favorite pieces hung up at the center. As a fashionista, her closet was immaculate and beautiful.
I mindlessly moved her clothes side to side, admiring the quality and brand names of the fabrics. At the bottom of her closet, I found a small shoe organizer and a box filled with accessories and jewelry. My hands glided over the soft silk and velvets. Everything was so pretty, it suited Xiaoting's aesthetic and her personality.
Turning away from the closet, I walked over towards her dresser, finally getting to what I broke in here for. Her dresser had a wide mirror and a bunch of makeup and skincare products laid out on the top. She had a collection of perfume bottles lined up on one corner, their caps sitting next to them.
I pulled her drawers open, the wood creaking softly. Inside her drawers, there were piles and piles of panties and lingerie. "Wow," I gasped. This was exactly what I was hoping for. There were so many pairs, in all shapes and colors. Her underwear collection was the real deal. Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein, even some brands I didn't know of but I just knew were expensive.
"Holy shit," I laughed to myself. It was incredible. My eyes glided over the different fabrics, some sheer, some lace, and a whole array of patterns and prints. I picked a pair up and examined them, they were a pair of white lace panties, the waistband thin and delicate. The lace was intricately patterned, little bows were attached to the sides of the garment.
They were incredibly pretty, but what was even more, was the thought of Xiaoting wearing these panties. These panties would hug her hips and sit low, the white lace against her skin. My mouth salivated at the thought of her bending over and revealing the small white band peeking out from the back of her pants.
A shiver ran down my spine. This was exactly what I had been waiting for. Like a dance, my fingers grazed over the different fabrics. The different shapes and sizes had me drooling. The more I touched them, the more my dick got hard. I felt so wrong doing this, but it only served to arouse me more.
As I struggled to find the perfect pair, I began to question myself. Why the hell should I limit myself to just one pair of underwear? The idea crossed my mind and it wouldn't leave. There were so many pretty panties, why would I have to stop at just one? A wicked smile crept up my face. My hands were quick, scooping a variety of underwear out from her drawer.
I pulled open her other drawers, picking a few more out before closing them shut. Xiaoting wouldn't notice that a couple pairs were missing. Hell, she probably had a collection of over a hundred panties. It was easy for me to sneak a couple pairs out.
Sitting in my lap sat this gray and black patterned thong from Victoria's Secret. The design was a bit simple, but the fabric felt very luxurious. It had a sexy cut, too, with the back of the panty being a single triangle and the waistband thin. The material was so soft and smooth. I was already hard just thinking about her in these.
A sea-blue pair of briefs from Calvin Klein. Black with a wide white waistband from the same brand. Cheeky pink panties from Guess. A red lacy thong, the material soft and see-through. Another pair of black panties from Guess, the same shape as the previous one but with a small white bow on the front. A pink thong, the front of it having a small bow as well. My dick was throbbing, a tent visible in my pants.
I had my treasure now, my hard-earned spoils. I closed up her underwear drawer and looked back at the mirror, seeing myself. I looked like a total pervert, my cheeks flushed, and a goofy grin on my face. Shoving the massive bundle of underwear into my backpack, I scurried up to my feet. I took one last look around her room, taking in every inch and cementing this memory in my mind.
I left her room, clicking the bedroom door behind me shut. Across from me, the large "Y" of her roommate's door was staring at me. I was in the all girls' dorm building after all. Curiosity got the best of me and I walked across the living room to her roommate's door. The handle felt cold against my palm, the door opening with a faint click.
Her room was similar to Xiaoting's, the same layout and organization. It smelled like flowers and sugar. I peeked my head inside, finding her bed also unmade, but it had a bunch of stuffed animals scattered on top of the comforter. She had a big corkboard, covered with photos and sticky notes. Unlike her roommate's room, there were no clothes on the ground.
Everything was organized and tucked away in their proper place. Her desk had a laptop sitting at the corner, a stack of books next to it. It looked like she was an English major, a book laying open and faced down. I started snooping around, wanting to get closer to this mystery woman.
There was a photo of her and Xiaoting on her desk. The two of them were posing, smiling brightly. The frame was a cute and colorful pastel purple and blue. I looked closer, seeing that the photo was taken at a café. This girl was pretty, and she looked nice, her smile was adorable. She looked young and innocent.

I looked up towards her corkboard, looking at more pictures of her with her friends. It seems that she had her own friend group, since I rarely saw Xiaoting in the pictures. She was really cute, too. In every photo, her smile was bright and full of life. I didn't recognize her, and I had a feeling that the two of us hadn't interacted.
I saw a small stack of books and files sitting on her desk. Flipping through some of the papers, I discovered her name, "Kang Yeseo". The handwriting was neat and bubbly. She had a small sticky note on top of the cover page. I read her little message out loud, "Please don't fail me."
I couldn't help but smile, finding the message cute. I flipped to the last page, finding the signature and stamp of her professor. Under the grade, was a 100. Wow, I couldn't help but be impressed. "Kang Yeseo" was clearly an intelligent girl, and someone who had the work ethic and passion for her studies.
I placed the file back where I found it, careful not to disturb anything else. Turning around, I caught a glimpse of her bathroom and felt my dick guiding my feet towards the door. Inside her bathroom, there were a few different bath products and hair products scattered around. Not only that, there was a closed hamper of dirty clothes positioned right next to the sink.
Another easy score. Yeseo was cute enough for an impromptu panty heist. I reached out towards the hamper and lifted the lid up, lowering my hand inside. She had a variety of different clothes inside her hamper, mostly lounge clothes and a couple skirts and shirts. But before I could feel out for some underwear, my worst fear came to light.
The entire dorm was quiet, so any disturbance in the air made me jump. A beeping sound, like the acceptance of an ID, followed by the unlocking of locks. Then, the soft click of the door handle. My heart stopped. My breathing became shallow and quick. I was frozen in place, stuck in a bathroom in a dorm I wasn't supposed to be in.
Someone was home. I had to move, somewhere, fast. Panicking, I dropped the hamper lid back onto the basket and whipped my head around. I'd try to hide under the bed but I don't know if I'd be able to crawl under quick enough considering my bulky backpack on my back. Fuck, what do I do?! My mind was racing, trying to come up with the best escape plan.
I spotted the bathroom closet and immediately pulled open the door and threw myself inside. It was cramped, and dark. My legs were awkwardly smushed, and I tried to not touch anything. With shaky hands, I managed to pull the door back to close the closet. I cursed myself, realizing the door to my hiding spot was one of those pleated accordion doors.
If anyone looked closely enough, they would easily be able to see me. My body was rigid, my legs stiffened up and tense. Then, the door to the bedroom opened. My breathing got quiet, trying to make sure they couldn't hear my breathing. I heard her shuffling, a soft sigh coming from the mystery girl.
"Fuck," I heard her say. Not recognizing the voice as Xiaoting's, I only assumed it was Kang Yeseo. She let out a drawn out groan, the sound of something hitting the springs of her bed followed by shuffling and moving around. I listened in closely, the silence of the bathroom amplifying the noise from outside.
Yeseo was still rustling around in her bed. There were a couple of times where she let out another frustrated noise. She was definitely stressed out. Maybe a bad day of classes or a project? Who knows. I just prayed that she'd leave, or exit the room. But, it didn't seem like the case.
"I need a shower," I heard her mutter. The floorboards creaked, her footsteps drawing closer and closer to the bathroom. Suddenly, a figure crossed in front of the door, obscuring the small amount of light from the outside. A wave of anxiety crashed over me, a sense of doom and despair washing over me.
Yeseo had her back to the door, as she faced the sink and the mirror. From where I was, I couldn't see her face. My eyes traveled down, landing on her thighs. I could see them peeking out from underneath her skirt. She had a small frame, a petite and tiny body. Her legs were toned, a nice amount of muscle packed on her thighs and calves. I couldn't help but admire how beautiful her legs were. As my gaze went higher and higher, a gasp escaped my lips.
Yeseo had adjusted her pose, giving me a clear view of her face from the mirror. She had her lips pursed and a deep frown on her face. She looked stressed and tired. I swallowed the lump in my throat, the guilt of peeping on her settling in my stomach. But, my gaze fell back down, back on her legs.
She shifted around in place while she did whatever at the sink. From my point of view, I watched her thighs rub against one another. It was mesmerizing, watching her thighs press and squish together. But then, she shifted once again, giving me the view that would haunt my dreams for the rest of my life.
She shuffled as she started taking her shirt off, tossing it down onto the counter. And just like that, I was met with a beautiful sight of Kang Yeseo, her small chest held up in a black bra. The way her back curved and how her waist narrowed had me in a trance. Her skin was milky, looking so soft and smooth.
My dick throbbed in my pants, and I was afraid I was going to bust right there. I'm not new to seeing naked women, but getting this exclusive view was something else. My dick was so hard, straining against the zipper of my jeans. If I moved an inch, I'd risk the chance of creaming my pants.
Yeseo didn't notice me, instead continuing with her business. She left the sink and went back into the bedroom, disappearing for a bit before coming back with a new pile of clothes. She deposited the change in clothes onto the counter of the sink before dropping her old shirt onto the floor.
"Okay," she whispered to herself. Then, her hands traveled up to the waistband of her skirt, the same skirt that was driving me insane. She shimmied the fabric down her hips, letting it drop onto the floor. It fell onto the tile, the fabric pooling around her feet. I couldn't breathe. Matching her black bra was a black pair of panties, the fabric tight around her ass.
She had this perky ass, befitting her petite and more supple figure. Her ass jiggled a bit as she bent down to pick her discarded clothes. Fuck, fuck. Her ass jutted out towards me, and I held back the biggest gasp of my life. This was a dream come true. It was going to get even better, when her hands reached back towards her panties.
With one hand, she hooked a finger into the band of her panties and slid it down her hips. The panties fell, revealing a sight that sent me over the edge. There was a moment of silence, my ears ringing as the blood rushed to my cock. I had never been so turned on in my entire life.
Yeseo revealed her womanhood to me, her pussy in plain sight. Her pubic hair was neatly trimmed, the patch of hair short and thin. But, her lips were puffy and her folds looked inviting. Her pussy was gorgeous, pink and beautiful. The sight alone had me swooning. She stood up straight and kicked the panties aside, her legs spreading a bit.
Her hands wandered towards the back of her bra. I was praying, praying, begging to whatever god was out there to calm me down before I wreck this entire closet and reveal myself out of my hiding spot. Yeseo pulled the clasp, the straps going slack and falling down her shoulders.
And then, the moment that I'd never forget. She took the bra and dropped it onto the ground, her breasts free from the fabric. Her boobs were small, perky and round. Her nipples were pink, hard and erect. The way they jiggled and swayed had me losing all my senses. I had a clear shot of Yeseo, fully nude, in her own bathroom and she didn't even know.
Yeseo looked back at the mirror, eyeing herself and her body. Her expression didn't give away what she was thinking, but she gave her tits a squeeze before bending down to pick up her clothes. I was blessed with yet another perfect view of her pussy lips and even a hint of her puckered asshole.
Once she stood back up, she dumped her dirty clothes in the hamper and glided over to the shower. She pulled the curtains open and bent over for the knob. I had never been so hard in my entire life, I felt like a raging bull. It felt like a porno. It felt so unreal, I didn't believe my own eyes. Yeseo turned on the water, the sound of water drops slapping the shower floor filling the room.
I wanted to die. It was hot, watching her. But, I was scared, afraid, and terrified. Even though I was in heaven right now, what worried me was how long I would be stuck here. Luckily, my abundance of prayers were answered when Yeseo climbed into the shower, giving me one last look at her bare body before the curtains were drawn and hid her away from me.
It was quiet again. All I could hear was the water from the showerhead and her shuffling. The air soon got hot and stuffy, the steam from the shower slowly starting to seep into the closet. It was uncomfortable, the steam was humid and the heat made it stuffy. But, the discomfort was the last thing on my mind.
This was my chance. I took a bit to will myself to move, I needed to leave as soon as possible. Carefully, I moved my legs. It hurt, they had been cramped up in the same position for a while. I shifted around and leaned against the door, slowly pushing it open, careful to not make any sudden sounds.
Once there was enough space for me, I stepped out of the closet. I was finally out. My breathing was quiet and shaky. It was easier to hear the sound of the shower running and Yeseo's movements from this side. As much as I wanted to run out of there, my dick had other ideas. It pointed my head towards the direction of the closed hamper.
I had to check. My heart was racing, the sound of the shower was loud and echoing through the room. The sound masked the noise of me shuffling around the room. I crept over to the hamper and slowly lifted up the lid, seeing the new addition to my collection. Yeseo's black panties sat at the top of the pile, slightly hidden between her skirt and her bra.
I didn't have time. My hands were quick and I snatched the pair and shoved them down the front of my pants, gifting my dick with the touch of her worn panties. Now, my job is done. My eyes flickered over to the door, then back to the shower. I let my feet lead me out the door, the bedroom feeling refreshing and cool compared to the hot and humid bathroom.
The sound of the water was faint as I snuck out, trying to keep the creaks and groans of the bedroom door as minimal as possible. Once I believed I was home free, I shuffled through their living room and out of their dorm. Closing their dorm door behind me, I immediately broke off into a sprint towards the elevators.
I pressed the button a bunch of times, impatient and frantic. My heart was still pounding, adrenaline rushing through my veins. The doors to the elevator opened and I jumped inside, slamming my fist on the button for the first floor. The elevator doors closed and it was like the dam holding my feelings back was broken.
A rush of emotions came crashing over me, my mind swirling. I felt excited, the thought of what had just transpired replaying over and over. I felt a mixture of arousal and guilt, and a sense of panic washed over me. But, there was another feeling. A warm feeling, a bubbly, excited feeling.
I was elated. It was a success, a complete and utter success. The thought of stealing from Xiaoting was hot, but the cherry on top had to be the uninvited strip show from her roommate, Yeseo. It was unexpected, completely random and something that would've never happened in a million years.
I broke off into a manic laugh, a grin splitting my cheeks apart. It was like I was drunk. My mind was spinning and I couldn't stop smiling. It felt so surreal, I had to take a minute to let it sink in. Holy, fuck, what a heist.
Shen Xiaoting - 11/10/23
Kang Yeseo - 11/10/23
UGHHHH. Finally this chapter is done! I went through so many revisions, I literally have 3 drafts of this one chapter! Luckily, I think I combined the best parts of each draft into this chapter so hopefully it pays off! Another reason this chapter took a bit longer to release was due to me starting school at the start of this month, I wasn't exactly 100% focused on this so hopefully you guys understand! With the card cloner finally complete, this opens up more oppurtunities for Minjae to get into trouble, cough although ideally he wouldn't want to risk getting caught. And my Haerin lovers... I love Haerin too, don't let this chapter sway you. I see you. I hear you. I understand you. Anyways, I love seeing everyone's reactions to the chapters and thoughts about the plot as of so far so keep going! I look forward to interacting more with you guys! - PI
