You're now following Minju on the way to the rooftops, with awkwardness following in behind, due to Minju's bold action earlier during the play.
Along the way, both of you are greeted by your fellow schoolmates and other people who watched the play, though most of them all were praising Minju. Fortunately for you, you are also praised but with fewer people which is fine by you.
Upon arriving at the rooftop, the both of you stayed silent for a minute until you decided to break the ice.
"S-so how was the play? Did you enjoy it?" You asked her as you felt your voice vibrate due to the cold sweat you were breaking out.
She smiled and told you that she enjoyed it very much, but it wasn't the main question you wanted to ask her. What you really wanted to ask is what happened to that specific scene which resulted in this awkwardness that is consuming both of you.
After gathering a little bit of courage you decided to ask her.
"M-minju Th-this might sound funny but I was wondering if you reviewed the script once more before we went here?." You asked.
"What do you mean? The play is over so ther-."
"I didn't put a kissing scene on that final act." You bluntly told her.
"Uh I-" she tried answering your question but…
"Why did you do it? Was that your first kiss? If it's your kiss, why did you give it to me?."
You bombarded her with a bunch of questions gradually making her fed up.
"WAAAAAAIT!!!." she screamed at you. "Good grief, how can I answer if you don't let me answer?" she said while pouting.
You apologized for getting carried away
"To answer your first question, you should probably know the answer to it already," she told you but your dense self didn't understand what she meant.
"And yes. That was my first kiss so you better be grateful. And~ Just like the first question you should probably know the answer." She told you as a blush formed on the surface of her cheeks.
“I’m pretty sure you’ve seen countless other guys making a move on me. Buying me lunch and stuff. But i never even gave them a glance. Because i already have someone i was interested in.”
“O-Oh… do you?”
“Yes. He’s the nicest guy i’ve ever met. It felt like it was love at first sight. At least for me, because i don’t know how he truly feels towards me.”
“Well, have you ever like, gave him hints to point out that you like him?”
“I’ve given lots, and lots of hints. I don’t think he ever think of it as hints. He just… lets it pass.”
“I see. Who is this guy though? I’m curious.”
Your stupid self is still not picking up on her advances as it was starting to annoy her. She tried to give you more hints but your stupid self isn't getting her signals. It sounded like something had snapped within herself as she then took a deep breath before shouting.
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! IT’S YOU!!! Y/N, I LIKE YOU VERY MUCH SO LETS DATE!!!." She shouted making you stunned as you looked around in fear of others hearing her.
You were taken aback by her sudden confession but it made you confused as to why would she like someone as boring as you?.
"Am I an MC of an anime or some sh*t?" You asked yourself.
As you are drowning deep into your thoughts, Minju was standing there waiting for your answer.
She could be seen getting nervous because apparently this was her first time confessing.
You asked her whether she's really sure about dating you as a smile formed on her face and told you that she is 100% sure about this.
And of course…….
You accepted.
