"You know, you can go talk to her, she is your girlfriend after all" your sister loudly pronounced as she sat down at the table you were trying to study at.
"Ssssshh, you don't have to yell that out loud" you replied.
"Apparently I do since you two are chickens to let people know that you are dating and you are sitting at a table staring at her like she's Helen of Troy"
"It's not my fault my girlfriend is beautiful. You're just jealous that you're single Rita".
"Please, we both know I have as many suitors as your little Ahyeon does. I could get a boyfriend in a second if I wanted to".
"Whatever, I need to cram for this final anyway".
"Really oppa, because it seems like you are more focused on cramming something or someone else".
"Rita, shut up you little…" you were interrupted mid-sentence by a flick to the back of your head.
Angrily you turn around, saying "who the fuck…" before quickly shutting up after seeing who had committed the crime.
"Finish your sentence sweetie" your amazing girlfriend Ahyeon said while smirking at you.
"Never mind" you petulantly replied before turning back to your books.
Ahyeon gave you a quick peck on the cheek before turning and saying hello to your sister and her best friend Pharita. She then pulled a chair to the table y'all were sitting at and moved some of your books so she could sit as close to you as possible. Taking out her laptop as well as a few other things he needed for studying, Ahyeon put her studying snacks, which consisted of Twizzlers, skittles, and starbursts between you two while you took out the double shot espresso you had bought for her. All 3 of you actually started studying for once and after a few hours, packed up and headed back to the dorms.
While walking your sister and Ahyeon back to their dorm, you two were interrupted by your friends Moka and Yunah. You three stopped and talked with them for a while, catching up since it had been a minute since y'all had seen each other; but halfway through the interaction Yunah saw that some of your hair was out of place and brushed it back in place for you… which would be fine except for the fact that you had previously told some of your guy friends that you thought Yunah was cute and that information had its way to Ahyeon. You thought you were in the clear since Ahyeon didn't show any signs that Yunah's action had affected her. but then Yunah kept touching your arm and laughing at your jokes a little too loudly. After a while, you three said your goodbyes and started heading back to the dorms again. The walk back to the dorms was filled with tension as you tried to make it seem like nothing happened. When you three arrived at your dorm hall, Rita, knowing that you and Ahyeon would need some space, said she was going to hang out in Ruka and Asa's room. Walking Ahyeon back to her dorm room, you walked into her dorm like a soldier readying himself to be executed for treason. After closing the door, you immediately started to apologize and tried to clarify that you only had eyes for her; but before you could say anything, Ahyeon shoved you onto her bed and climbed into your lap straddling you. Knowing that it was time to be quiet, you quickly shut up and met Ahyeon's eyes.
"I know Jagi, you only have eyes for me, and you love me and only me" she said before giving you a quick peck. "But if I ever see you flirting with another girl on purpose, I will make you pay" Ahyeon said with a sweet smile but in a tone that left no room for misunderstanding. You gave her a quick nod. "Good, now your sister is going to be gone for a while, so why don't we make the most of this time". Recognizing what she was implying, you quickly started taking off your clothes before helping her with hers. After a couple hours of enjoying each other’s company without your sister’s present, you two received a text from her asking if it was safe to come back. Making sure that the room was tidy and that the scent of sex was gone (or as gone as it could have been), you two let her know the coast was clear.
"You weren't too hard on him were you Ahyeon" your sister asked.
"Of course not, he knew where he misstepped and of course I would never overreact when it comes to your brother Unnie" Ahyeon responded.
"Oh really, so you would never threaten all the girls in our grade in middle school that you would destroy them if they ever flirted with Y/N. And you weren't the person who screamed into their pillow each time you and Y/N accidentally grazed hands. Oh and of course, you never ever were reprimanded by the teachers because you zoned out while daydreaming about marrying my brother".
Hearing your sister expose Ahyeon, you started smirking and were about to comment when your sister turned her attention to you "Oh please Y/N, like you were any better. The only times you ever cared about your appearance were when you knew Ahyeon was going to be present. Plus, you looked like a kicked puppy anytime you saw a boy confess to her or whenever you thought she liked someone else. Plus, you still zone out while looking at your freaking girlfriend. You two are so pathetically whipped for each other it makes me sick… and a little jealous. Now stop acting like an annoying adorable couple and let’s watch a movie".
A few weeks later, after finals and winter break, you were back on campus for your spring semester of freshman year.
You and Ahyeon still had 2 out of your 5 classes together, one of which you actually shared with your sister as well.
The last Friday before classes started, your friends had roped you into going to a party that they had learned about, and you reluctantly agreed to go. You had let Ahyeon know about the party and who you were going with, so you were in the clear girlfriend wise. When y'all arrived, most of your friends disappeared to go talk to people they knew or to try to pick up girls, leaving you and your friend Sunghoon as a duo; but you left him shortly after his girlfriend Wonyoung arrived as you didn't want to third wheel them even though they said they didn't mind. You thought about leaving, but you decided to stay for a bit longer as you didn't want to be the wet blanket of the group. After wandering through the party and talking to a few people you recognized from campus, you found a vacant seat you could relax in and slow sip your seltzer. While scrolling through your phone mindlessly, you suddenly felt another person's weight on top of you. Dropping your phone, you are surprised to see a random woman having fallen into your lap followed by some giggles and the sound of people running away. Quickly gathering herself, the unnamed woman got out of your lap and started to apologize "I am so sorry, my friends were being dumb and thought it would be fun to push me into your lap."
"It's okay. I get it, friends especially with some drinks in them, can either be the best or the freaking worst."
"I know, I swear half the time I want to strangle them and the other half I want to hug them and not let go. I'm Julie by the way"
"Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N"
"oooooh shit, Y/Ns found himself a girl. She's hot as hell. Wait is that, Julie Han? Holy shit dude she's bad as hell. Let’s go Y/N" looking around you see your friends, someone all gathered together hooting and hollering.
"I am so sorry. They are idiots" you said to Julie.
"It's okay, as you can tell from the past 30 seconds, my friends are pretty much the same".
You and Julie chatted for a bit longer before you heard "Let's go lover boy, we're going to get fried chicken"
Once again apologizing for your idiotic friends, you said goodbye to Julie and ran to catch up with your friends as they were leaving the party.
"Nice going Y/N, didn't know you had it in you to pull a girl not to mention a baddie like Julie" your friend Jungwon said.
"Honestly man, she fucking bad as hell and good lord that ass" your other friend Sunwoo said.
"Relax guys, we were just chatting. I'm not looking for anyone. I am very happy with my current relationship status" you said.
You spent the rest of the weekend hanging with your friends, playing League, and spending time with Ahyeon.
Sadly, Monday came, and you had to start classes. Your first class was a boring gen ed but at least it was with both Pharita and Ahyeon so you three sat together and listened to the professor talk through the syllabus before going to your respective next classes. Your next class was one of your core classes for your minor, so while you recognized a few people when you got there; there was no one you really knew, so you took your normal spot in the back of the classroom and went on your phone to kill time before it officially started.
"Fancy seeing you here Y/N"
Recognizing the voice but not being able to place it, you look up to see Julie smiling at you. "Hey Julie, you're in this class too" you asked.
"Yep, I'm a Data Science major so I need this course. How about you?"
"It's my minor, so ditto"
"Cool, at least I have a friend in this class unlike most of my core classes. My friends are all in the humanities, so I never shared classes with them".
"Same here except its business majors".
Your professor started the class before you could talk anymore; but when you two were getting to leave, you learned that you both were headed to the same building for your next classes so you two walked together.
Walking into the room for your next class, you see that Ahyeon has already gotten a spot, so you go and sit next to her right as the class started.
The next few weeks were business as usual for you. You hung out with your friends, played more league, and spent plenty of time with Ahyeon and your sister; but now you have a new friend in one of your classes.
On the Friday after you had finished your first set of midterms, your friends invited you to another party which your sister and Ahyeon were also going to be attending with their friends Ruka and Asa. Knowing that your girlfriend was going to be there, you allowed yourself to cut loose a bit more than usual since you knew she wasn't going to be worried about where you were since she was there too… that was your first mistake. Your next mistake was when you ran into Julie at the party and while you two were talking you didn't notice how touchy she was with your or the amount of cleavage she was very obviously flashing you… which your girlfriend clearly was able to see from across the room. Your third and final mistake was having friends who were absolute idiots so when they saw you talking to Julie, they once again had to voice their approval "Let’s go Y/N. Bag that baddie. Dude, she wants you so bad, hit that".
That was Ahyeon's last straw. Mid conversation with Julie felt yourself spun around and your face smothered with someone else’s, not having the facilities to react properly, you aren't able to tell who kissed you until they pull back. Your gut instincts finally kick in, you go to tell your 'assailant' that you have a girlfriend when you realize who just kissed you… your beloved girlfriend Jung Ahyeon, who looked extremely pissed…
Staring at you and tapping her finger on her arm, the gears in your brain finally start to turn and you quickly turn to Julie and say "Julie, this is my GIRLFRIEND Ahyeon. Ahyeon, this is my FRIEND Julie from my Data Science course". Praying that you don't get murdered you look at Ahyeon, who is looking at Julie with a look of 'That's fucking right bitch. He's taken and he is mine'.
Realizing the situation she is in, Julie quickly says hi and then says she should go and see where her friends went but not before apologizing and saying that she didn't realize I had a girlfriend.
Turning her gaze to you, you quickly give a weak "I'm sorry Jagi, I didn't realize how much she was flirting with me, and I should've told her I had a girlfriend… we can go public now…"
Not fully satisfied but also not wanting to have this argument in public, Ahyeon grabbed your hand and dragged you out of the party, past your stunned friends except Sunghoon who just smiles at you and past your sister who looks like she is enjoying the fact that you might get murdered by your girlfriend and her best friend tonight.
Ahyeon continued to drag you, hard and without saying a word, until you two reached her dorm. Not giving you any time to say anything, the second the door shut, Ahyeon shoved you against the door saying "Mine, you are fucking mine. Got it, Y/N. I know you didn't want this to be a whole thing with everyone knowing; but guess fucking, what, I want every one of those sluts to know who you belong to. Okay?" she spat out.
