“you’re desires are vast, o human mine” 

Someone’s POV

Universe M23, I enter the same as always. 

The scent is getting clearer. She should be gone, but Ahamkara transcends death. And the echoes of Rivens voice find its way here. Working to ensnare a poor human. 

“Tell me, what is it you desire most…?”

I scan the empty streets. Human architecture is always so simple, so practical. Humans are clearly at peace in this universe. This city is not built for war, but for commerce. How easy their lives must be.

“Eunseo…her name is Eunseo” 

The human is taking the bait, I have to stop it. Eyes closed, I work to drown out the noise of the physical realm, listening only to the voices of powerful minds. The trail is forming. The human is close. I ran quickly to find the house. 

“What a simple desire, so ... .so easy for me…” 

The human wishes simply, and Riven will make easy prey of him. Ahamkara feeds on the space between words, on how they may twist your wishes to their own ends. 

I leap over the gate, running across his lawn, to the apparent protest of a guard. 

“if you truly desire her, all you need to do…is wish it…”

I’m too late.

I can smell the desire on the human not far away, just beyond that window 

“I wish for Eunseo” 

“no!” I leap directly through the window, landing right in front of the human. 

Looking at the human, there seemed to be this short man standing and this tall ‘girl’ sitting down naked. 

“What have you done?!” I pointed my sword at the man.

The man seemed surprised to see me as I asked him the same question again. He explained that he only wished for Eunseo, pointing at the naked girl. I looked at the girl who looked at us with a confused face.

“What… What is this place?” she asked.

Y/N’s POV

“This is where Eunseo used to live,” I said.

“And… I… I… I am… Eunseo?” she asked me back.

Nodding my head to her question, the seemingly strange looking lady grabbed me by the collar. She then asked me again what I had done, which I carefully explained the whole story.

The lady introduced herself as Ziyu, a kitsune warrior. After the brief introductions, another person showed up and introduced herself as Mara Sov. I looked at Mara, realizing she gave off a god like vibe which made me a little frightened. She called me a fool, explaining that Riven never grants a wish unless it would bring pain and suffering in the end. 

“You gotta be joking,” I said.

“Since when does it look like I am joking to you?” she said, sounding very serious. 

I nodded my head in surprise, as Ziyu asked me what I wished for. Telling her the exact words I said, Ziyu gave me a suspicious look. She asked me if it was the exact same words. Nodding my head, I added that it was more of a question than a request.
