If Happiness has an end, then why did it begin? Perhaps happiness should not be a destination, but the culmination of a process. Trying to force oneself to aim for a sense of joy and fulfillment may lead to frustration, time-scarcity stress and mental degradation, and perhaps we just need to be satisfied with what we currently have.
