Hi, sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if the probabilities for a poca q10 conversion for the beauty shrine are known. Like, what are the base probabilities that a card gets upgraded vs downgraded vs stays the same tier? Are they the same across all card tiers (except for common, since it cannot downgrade)?

the probabilities are not publicized but the chance of a downgrade and an upgrade are equal. they are the same across all tiers!
