Just got a few questions on the site and I figured you'd probably know the answers best. How does the photocard system work? Are the photocards given by time online, interaction counts, or a complex mix of both? Is there a limit to what photocards I can get through the occasionally-given-for-being-here? maybe anything above a certain rarity has to be obtained by shrine? Aside from the logistical questions (Although I haven't really thought out how you'd possibly respond to me), I really love your works and I do feel like it's okay to take it as it comes and not to rush it. Everyone (at least I hope) has a life outside of this circle and that should be their priority. Love ya!

hi! photocards are given through several different interactions with the site: reading a story (actual reading—not just mindlessly scrolling or clicking on random pages), commenting on a story, liking a story, bookmarking a story, sending a flower, following someone, posting on their wall, posting a thought, etc. it does not measure how long you are online at all. you can get any kind of photocard through these normal interactions (called 'drops'), aside from "secret" tier cards, which can only be obtained through solving the wisdom shrine's puzzle! on the flipside, the shrine does not return anything higher than an "epic" tier card, so it's actually better to get cards from reading than it is from shrining~
